Although the old farm house is renovated, they still have a lot to learn about customer service and proper organizational skills. My sister had her wedding here in September, and the staff were over-whelmed with the amount of guests. Some guests had already finished their...meal before even half of the guests had been served (it was a seated 3 course lunch with 100 guests, which they had months to prepare for). The staff were too busy serving the food that guests were not able to order drinks; they only had the water and their one glass of prosecco which had been laid out on the tables before the guests arrived. On top of this, their official wedding planner had a nasty attitude and made a mess of the seating arrangement: our brother sat far from the Bridal table, near the toilets and the grooms best friends sat completely on the other end of the dining hall when they were supposed to be seated closer. They forgot to set up a gift table (with gifts and envelopes coming from 100 guests this was very messy- we had to put gifts on the floor and by the window behind the Bridal couple and we even had missing gifts), they also did not set up a corner mini-bar until I reminded them (where they did apologize for being understaffed and not properly trained on the day of the wedding, although it definitely was not their first wedding). Also strangers (bikers, local tourists) were able to walk into our wedding, when they had promised beforehand that the area would be closed off from the public. The day included the Bride and Groom arguing with the wedding planner, right before their first dance as the wedding planner came to the wedding for the sole purpose of collecting money in cash (we had requested for her not to come to the wedding). I would have given the venue more than 2 stars, however their wedding planner ruined the experience (rude, unprofessional, money-minded) for the immediate family of the Bride and Groom, as well as several close friends. For the price they charge (hundreds of thousands of CZK) it is definitely not worth it.More
