We made the trip around the bay just to visit this brewery. Glad we did, spent an enjoyable evening working through their tasting boards. Enjoyed the empanadas, which were much bigger than we expected. The owner explained the beers to us to help us choose....Bought 2 glasses which he packed really well for us and we got them home intact.More

We really enjoyed popping next door from the hotel to this lovely craft brewery. We tried several of the beers on tap and the pale ales were especially good. Loved the tuna pasties, breads and stuffed vine leaves. All very reasonably priced as well. Well...worth a visit and we’ll be back on Friday!More

We made regular visits to Ibosim during our 2 week holiday, the service was always friendly and we were made to feel very welcome. Hidden away in a quieter part of the Island its a great place to sit back relax and enjoy the selection...of Beers with locals and tourists. I would also recommend the empanada's and the Talaia Beer !More

On an island devoid of proper beer there is an answer...Ibosim!! What a wonderful place! It's only been open for a few years but they are already brewing up some cracking ales. The IBZ Summer, Blood Moon IPA, Porter and Snowdon Imperial Stout were particularly...delicious. Victor and Katrina behind the bar are welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable and Carlos the brewer has a real passion for his craft - book a brewery tour with him if you're there on Saturdays and you won't be disappointed. They also have an ingenious method of serving through a traditional cask ale pump with no cellar which was very impressive (they are also using a sparkler on this line which made my day - a northern pint of ale in Ibiza?!!) The snack options are filling and great value - the cheese platter was just what we needed to carry on drinking. If you're going to Ibiza and want to drink real beer then this is the place for you!More

If you like ‘craft’ beer, then you really need to visit the place. Well worth the effort of getting there. I was very disappointed with the beer selection available in general on a recent visit to Ibiza; very average would be overly generous. Thankfully, we...found this little place; the only craft brewery on the Island. Lovely staff in a nice little bar with microbrewery. A good selection on their beers - over 6 available. All beautifully crafted and not a bad one among them. I can only wish this business the best & hope their beers start to reach further afield. Excellent small bar brewing its own beer, only beer and wine available to drink. Six different craft beers to try. Order a float of 3 types to sample it. These drinks are served on a slate with the server numbering them so you dont forget...which ones you like. My personal favourite is number 4 the Roemary ale, very smooth.More

Ibizas only craft craft beer brewery and tap room. Lovely staff and a great selection of beers brewed on site that makes a fantastic change to the Estrella that seems to be everywhere. Owner is one of the nicest men you can meet and even...introduced me and my fiancé to the music we'll be playing during our wedding reception (Richard Cheese). A bit out of the way but definitely worth the trip.More

Amazing...This was my 8th season in Ibiza, but my first time at Ibosim... I said to myself, O.K, another pub, until I had my first drink. It blew me away! I ordered every taste of beer they have. I took six pack with me also....I...came back another day for some more, the taste is amazing, for me it's the best beer I had. And I had some :) IBZ SUMMER is my favourite. And Rosemary. Amazing, get some it is worth a trip! Keep on the great work!More

Visited here tonight and have to say we had a great night, worth getting a taxi from SAN an for some delicious beers in such a friendly setting!cheeseboard was perfect and Partner enjoyed the burger, what more Do you want?

What a wonderful place. It is clean, stylish and most of all the beer is awesome. If you drink wine like me, you have to buy it by the bottle, but the apple juice or natural cola was a great alternative to alcohol. They brew...all the beer and are a small friendly team. I really hope this takes off, because it's a little gem.More
