Dropped in here on Sunday for the Sunday lunch. Very welcoming. Nicely decorated dining room. 4 meats to chose from, very tender. Good choices of veg. Recommended.

Went to this establishment for lunch and it was really nice with good food in a comfortable atmosphere. Visited again that night and there was loud live music on and nowhere to sit/stand. Atmosphere ruined!More

enjoyed a meal last week when we stopped at rothbury. you have a little wait after you order but it is well worth it.the portions are generous and good value for the price you pay.well worth a visit

Description
We are a family run traditionally English friendly Inn. Situated in the beautiful village setting of Rothbury in the Coquet Valley. We have letting rooms a cosy bar and a separate restaurant. You can choose to eat in the Bar (dogs allowed) or in the restaurant, same menu and very reasonable pricing. We make our own sausages, black pudding and burgers and bake our own bread, Come and visit soon.
