We went to Le Restaurant de Coquillage on a Saturday for a lunch with my familly. Everything was excellent except the service that can be improved. We had to ask for bread and water several times during the lunch, it is not what you expect in this kind of restaurant. Apart from that everything was amazing.

When you decide to go to a 3 star French restaurant your expectations are cranked up and you want to be amazed. Well this place deserve your attention. Every plate is a festival of savory encounters and Mr Roellinger takes your palate to explore new flavors you wouldn't expect. The raw snapper as a starter is not only beautiful to... More

Our amazing lunch mirrored Anthony Bordain's visit including the same table. With a hazy Mont St. Michele in the distance we savored five courses of amazing cuisine brought to our table on trays and carts. From amazing cheese selections with wine to go with every course, the finale was a sampling from the dessert cart. The location isn't easy to... More

Having said that the hotel Maison Tirel Guerin nearby did not open on a Monday evening we selected this restaurant and what a delight it turned out to be. Had our aperitif in the lovely sitting room and the canapes were delicious. The dinner was delightful, beautifully presented and served by the most attentive staff. The Normandy cheese selection was... More

A night we will never forget: a magnificent view (perfect weather too), delightful decor and exquisite, delicious dishes; what's not to love! One of the most amazing culinary adventures ever. The ambience was elegant and romantic. We loved the freshness of the local produce and the amazing flavours of each element of the dish. We would return in a heartbeat... More

That rare restaurant experience which itself is enough motivation for a long long journey to a foreign land at enormous expense, as well as effort to get there. Make a reservation months in advance and plan to be delighted.

Very worth the trip and stay at the hotel. The food was outstanding and overlooking the Bay and Mt St. Michel. Best sole ever. Not to be missed.

A really lovely restaurant looking out onto the bay of St Michel. We stopped in Les Rimains and transport to and from the Chateau Richeux, where the restaurant is located, was organised for us by the team at Les Maisons de Bricourt. The food was delightful, fresh and imaginative. Each dish was wonderfully cooked and presented. The starters were quite... More

My partner and I come to this restaurant quite regularly as it is such a pleasure to dine here. Olivier Rollinger has a passion for combining interesting flavours, using local products. This time, we came here with friends and tried the 'Wind and the Moon' degustation menu. It was magical. Lobster served with tonka bean, John Dory with a lightly-spiced... More
