It was much easier to simply order the buffet and get your own food than to rely on the servers who continued to not acknowledge you and once they did to never return with what you ordered. Such a lovely setting, it is a shame service wasn't any better. The buffet was good, but $30 is a bit much for... More

We did not stay at the hotel, but we came to have the breakfast buffet. The buffet is at 28 $ (+15 % and +2 % of taxes). There is a lot of choice. I appreciated the omelet cooked by Kendrick. The view on the pool and the sea is nice.

Nice setting - and excellent selection of offerings. Breads, pastries, fresh fruits, yogurts, tarts, croissants, cheeses, dried meats, cereals, juices, oatmeal, excellent coffee, sausages, bacon and Lisa the Omelet Chef (make sure you tip her separately - she deserves it - a super nice Lady - talk to her - she is a delight) - and service that clears dirty... Best Breakfast Buffet. The service is excellent and such a beautiful setting next to a beautiful pool. Quick and perfect eggs of your choice, every tasty fruit you could want, and the pastries go on forever! Best Cappuccino ever with fresh squeezed juices. Only way to start a day in the Caribbean!

It was fine. Nothing out of this world (they don't have French toast or pancakes on the buffet). One omelette maker, which was fine because it wasn't at all crowded. Danish was the best part.

Slow. Food is below average. Breakfast is fine. Not much good to say. Lovely spot. Lovely vista. That's it employees here seem not as well trained as other places in resort. Props to Daryl though. Nice guy. Good service. Others just seem tired.

Other than being poolside at the Viceroy, there is no real reason to eat here at all. The breakfast buffet is ordinary, serving no special dishes of any kind. You get your run of the mill omelette station, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, fruits, bread and pastries. Unlike most top hotels and resorts, you will not find incredible benedicts, truffle infused... We ate breakfast here each morning of our stay at the Viceroy Resort. Absolutely amazing! In front of the pool, overlooking the clear beautiful water.... It just gives you this feeling that's really indescribable. Freshest fruit I have had possibly ever. Yummmmmmy pastries. So much more. As in all of the Viceroy's restaurants, service was top notch. You will love... More

If you're staying at the viceroy this is basically where everyone has breakfast. And basically everyone does the continental option which is like breakfast buffet. It was pretty good with big selection including fruits, pastries, scrambled eggs, cheeses, oatmeal, juices. Only thing missing for us was breakfast sausage or bacon. The only meats they had were sliced turkey and ham... More
