We have been once to this coffe last sunday and i have to say its very average. Coffe was good but a bit sour, orders not at table and cake we tried was really...well, not fresh with poor taste and not really tasty. Not sire...why is it so high in rating.More

The position of the place is super. The ambient is really nice. The coffee is ok. The cakes are ok but nothing special - missing a bit stronger taste.

My partner and I gained pounds and pounds of fat because of this place and it was worth it! We recommend the pistachio ice cream, but everything here is divine. Lovely atmosphere, great staff, best place in Ladek Zdrój!

We had excellent cappucino and both the cheesecake and the walnut-cholocate mousse cake were very good. The location is hard to beat, with a terrace overlloking the KURPARK, the main centre of Ladek-Zdrój. The waitresses, although young, were efficient and obviously well trained. When we...were ther in the evning for a ice-cream cone, they had run out of several things but were very friendly in explaining this to customers. Their home-made lemonade is a special treat. The ice-cream (I recommend pistachio!) is excellent, too.More

I have been going to Albrechtshalle for many years, since I discovered Lądek, but two years ago I wrote a review that said the cafe was a shadow of its former self. After a recent visit (July 2018) I can say things have really improved....I mainly wanted to check to see if anything had changed after my last visit. Professional waitstaff, quick service and delicious desserts. The portions are not as big as they used to be but the quality is first-rate. I am glad the owners have brought back the cafe's former glory.More

Lovely little cafe with great views and a relaxed atmosphere. The have a lot of cakes and good coffee too. Try the poppy seed cake with earl great for afternoon tea.

After a dip in the healing water of Ladek, you want to come down to earth again and a coffee and cake in the Albrecht hall helps. Personally I really like the rich choice of cakes there as I have a sweet tooth and for...me the one's with cream are the best. You can postpone your dinner at least with one or two hours. I have been going to Albrectshalle for many years for their excellent desserts, but things had changed on my last visit. Before, the cafe always had a very good team of workers who were polite and very helpful. This time the waitresses were disorganized, rude...and lazy. There were three or four working but the only one who knew how to run the cash register was also in charge of the ice cream. Despite having a long line of customers, she had to go and make and make sundaes and cones while the rest of the customers waited for her to come back to the register. The other waitresses took advantage of the situation and stood and talked with one another. The girl serving the ice cream yelled at the customers for taking so long to choose which flavors they wanted. On a second visit close to closing time, there weren't many customers and the waitresses jumped up and sat on the counters where they prepared the desserts and drinks. Not the most hygienic place to sit in my opinion. Our waitress didn't bring the milk for my coffee. I received it only after she had stopped and talked with her friends for a while. Where was the manager when you needed him or her? They still have the same kinds of cakes and torts they have served for years but now the portions are about half the size they used to be for the same prices. It used to be a good deal for the portion you got, but now it seems very overpriced. Also the one I chose was dried out and stale from sitting in the display case so long. It was evident their business has really dropped off and it has affected the freshness of their products. I really hope the owners wake up and realize the mistakes they are making and return Albrechtshalle to the way it was in the past.More

Very nice atmosphere and service. Excellent torts and cakes. Great live classical music. I would recommend their "Esterhazy" tort to everyone.

Having there a afternoon tea and cake. But this this the main reason to go there. Wide selection of sweet stuff, good range of tees and very nice waitresses.
