A beautiful setting, tucked on a quiet path, with nice flowering bushes and hand painted columns. A very extensive and healthy menu. I enjoyed the grilled swordfish and also ordered grilled vegetables with a glass of Prosecco. My husband said it was the best Pasta...Norma that he has tasted. I hear their pizza is amazing!More

We found this restaurant quite by accident! It's in a narrow alleyway that connects two main routes. The family that owns it are lovely. They are truly committed to making a great meal and great experience. I think it's more of a locals place but...we visited during the shoulder season so it may have just been who was around that evening. We had a complicated order due to a lactose issue (imagine a lactose issue in Italy)! They made a special pizza my husband could enjoy. They made notes, they asked and confirmed what he really wanted. It was FANTASTICO! The rest of us also had great meals. The food was fresh, delicious and I wish we had found this restaurant on our first night rather than our last.More

We came across this restaurant after a moring at the beach. I recommend the caponata and aeolian linguineboth so tasty. We were given a complimentary malvasia wine by a friendly waiter Lucrezia.

We went here for my birthday a few days ago as it was only about 200 m from our bed and breakfast. We had wonderful pasta dishes, a rigatoni with a tomato sauce with swordfish and spaghetti with prawns and clams. The service was very...good and the food excellent. A lovely quiet spot on a lovely patio surrounded by plants and trees. At the end of our meal we were given a free liquer! Seemed pretty good value for what we ate. We went again a few days later, against our normal holiday rule of only going to a restaurant once! Not so good the second time round because we had fish and side dishes and order too much! Expensive the second time rounder what we had. Recommend that you stick with the pasta dishes. Would go again but just eat the pasta!More

Down a little side street just yards from the centre of Malfa, this restaurant serves a range of dishes. Seafood excellent. The second time we went, I had pasta and it was excellent. Shaded terrace - pretty but no view. Prices modest so good value

Amazing food, really authentic and genuine, amazing ingredients really tasty and fresh. Typical Eolian flavours. We had octopus salad really gorgeous together with caponata, the best in Salina! The pasta with seafood was super tasteful and we finished with pustachio tiramisu and some typical biscuits...of the island. The owner was very friendly and you could tell he loved his job and his dishes. We will definitely come back and we really recommend you to go!More

We went there quite late, so the waiter was on his own, however there were only 2 other occupied tables. He was friendly but seemed a bit all over the place. When I was served the wrong pizza, he first didn‘t react at all, very...strange. After a 15-min wait I eventually received a new pizza, which tasted fine, but included some ingredients that were not mentioned on the menue and altered the taste quite a lot. At the end he served malvasia and some biscuits as a compensation.More

Genuinely feel we had the best pasta of our trip here, so good in fact we went back the next evening for more! The caper pasta and the sardine pasta are a must try and the grilled squid and prawns were fresh and succulent. Pizzas...looked pretty good too if you fancy. Oh and the Cannolo was zesty and fresh and not too sweet. Right up there! Best thing was the staff, so friendly and willing to listen to bad broken Italian and then recommend things to try and even bring our little tit bits from the kitchen. The chef was really friendly too and always had a beaming smile on his face. Good, fresh Salinian dishes at a good price. Definitely worth a visit (or two 😉)More

Six of us had an great meal here - simple pasta dishes, pizza and fresh fish. Outside seating under a cover ., which was great because we got to watch a torrential downpour while eating (do not eat inside the restaurant - very small and...hot). Service was slow because there was only one waitress - she was doing the best she could, but the restaurant was crowded. Other than that a truly enjoyable meal at a reasonable cost.More

The place looked nice and cosy to start with, but unfortunately it was a total flop and a great letdown. I would say it is a tourist ripp-off. Later we noticed that there were NO Italians sitting at all. No wonder. The service was very...bad, an un-attentive, nervous waiter, not to mention the food. We ordered platter with antipasti as a first dish, products from the island supposedly. What we got looked and tasted like pickled food from a Lidl glas jar with far too much vinegar. We could not eat it. It was horrible, really! Then we had grilled fish with was sort of "ok", but nothing special, a little dry, with unmotivated salat leaves, boring, cold chips and a horrible, poor looking salat which was obviously not made with love. This is not the simple, fine and beautiful Italian food we wished for. We were so sad, angry and deeply disappointed I cannot express. It could be such a lovely place!More
