We went with Family and a Family friends for dinner as per a pre booking. Local is good looking and nice. We order different kind of pizza. Services was long probably also because restaurant was crowded close to Xsmas time. Services and kindness was ok instead pizzas was very poor. The pasta was very thin and hard very far away... More

The standards at this pizzeria have dropped considerably recently. the last time i ate ate Fabbrica, the pizza was extremely poor and the ingredients used seemed to be of poor quality. i probably wouldnt return.

Italian friends had recommended this place and we enjoyed a delicious meal with pizzas and wine. The service was very friendly and attentive and the atmosphere pleasant and relaxed. A nice family restaurant. Great overall experience. I would definitely go again.

This restaurant is located in the heart of Saronno. It's mainly famous for the thin pizzas they serve here. The ambient is quite studied and has a particular atmosphere but the paintings on the walls have a design which is too modern and makes contrast to the general ambience. I have to admit that generally the personnel is particularly skilled,... More

The pizza they make is like no pizza I've had before. The crust is super thin and nicely baked. The toppings are not too "wet" and sloppy. Just the right amount. 1 pizza per person is perfect - not too much, but not too little. I had a pizza with ham, artichoke, olives and mushrooms in rows. It was really... More

I have traveled to and lived in Italy for most of my life, so I like to think of myself as a bit of an connoisseur of pizza. As with all food, it's all about the individual palette, but I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! Fabbrica della Pizza is a local chain that has restaurants in... More

This is a great little place I have been several times. The beer is good (local brews) and the pizza is fantastic. This is a thin style pizza with a large array of variety to meet any taste.

This is a small chain that does one thing very well, and the others just ok. Its strength is that they actually have "biological" pizza--without preservatives on whole grain dough, and choices specifically for people with gluten allergies. Congratulations! Otherwise their pizzas come in the 'fabbrica' type or the 'Regina' type-- the former has a very thin crust and the... More
