I do not know about the food, but I’ve tried all the coffee hotspots in Pakse, and, although the interior is somewhat lacking, this place serves the best coffee in town, hands down. So, if you‘re a coffee snob and don‘t mind sitting next to...the main street, this place is for you.More

We only had iced coffees and banana cake (and a couple of bags of coffee to take home!) All was extremely delicious and plenty of it! The staff were also very pleasant.

Was introduced to this place for coffee. Firstly the place smells of cockroach. The food was on a budget and it reflects on the portion and quality. Ordered a latte and the coffee was burnt. Quite unfortunate experience.

The food was terrible. All tasted like cheap microwave food. The burger was cord board with a mince meat-ish flavour. The gnocchi was watery, grim and flavourless (I couldn't eat it) plus it had metal in it so I suspect it came from a tin....Luckily we didn't have to pay for it because of the metal. The 'cheesecake' was sponge cake with a slightly Cheesecake flavour and came out with a huge spider on it. The staff weren't terrible but not great either! Wouldn't go back. On the plus side it's oretty cheap so I didn't end up wasting too much money.More

Ordered a pizza and lao dish for partner. It was good. Nothing much honestly besides that. Birds flew, cars went by, waiters looked at us - we looked at them. Yeah, that's it.

They do these incredible iced coffees with whipped cream on top. Probably not healthy but just what we needed at the time! Personally didn't have a problem with the staff. Didn't think the writing down your order solution was too bad - probably easier that...way! They did seem to have a problem with sitting inside and tried to make us sit outside but we ignored them and sat inside anyway - it was empty!! Wifi seemed good when we were there in the morning. When we went back in the afternoon it was very slow.More

Good food! Good drinks! Love the traditional souvenir range! The worst service though; like Phi Dao. Really rude staff and they just look you up and down. They go out of their way to ignore you. Which is such a shame; other than that it's...a perfect place, but that's enough for me to never go back!More

I came to Delta because of the good coffee reviews I saw online. I was not let down. The coffee was great! My long black was only 10,000kip a bargain compared to other similar cafes! Haven't eaten there yet but menu looks like a good...mix of western and local food. Many cakes in the cabinet. Internet is good. Staff are unfriendly in general but there were a few who have treated me quite nicely. Will be returning, regularly!More

The food itself here was okay, my boyfriend rated his chicken and chips much higher than I rated my gnocchi. Whilst enjoyable it was very bland. Sadly, the most memorable part of our meal were the snotty staff. We arrived and went to walk into...the restaurant when a waitress barked 'outside!' at us, despite there being only one table occupied in the restaurant the whole time we were there. She threw a pen and paper down in front of us so we could write our own order. I realise there is a language barrier but everything is coded so the waitresses could take the order if they wanted. When some Laotion people walked in she greeted them in a very friendly manner and proceeded to take their order herself- none of this pen and paper malarkey. I wonder if she has something against foreigners. We asked her for the wifi password to which she stormed off whilst we still speaking to her. The rest of the staff seemed okay, but we didn't have much interaction with them. Sadly, the thing I will remember from Delta is not the food but the cold reception we got during our time there.More

My boyfriend and I ate here after learning they make pizza and pasta. The staff was immediately rude, laughing at us and walking away when my boyfriend was talking to them in Laos. They stood close to our table and stared at us the entire...time we ate, and when we attempted to talk to them (in Lao) they would roll their eyes and walk away. Finally my boyfriend said (in Lao) "You dont speak Lao? Do you speak any language?" This made them angry enough that they backed off. They were about 6 young girls, probably teenagers. The food was a welcome change from the Asian cusine. The eggplant pasta was very good. The marinara sauce was light, and the pasta fresh. The pizza was also good, but not to be compared to pizza in the US. The pepperoni was actually hard salami and the sauce had a bit of a bbq sauce taste to it. We enjoyed it, though it is different than typical western pizza. We also got a cesar salad. The vegetables were very fresh, though the croutons were simply sliced toast and the dressing is simply red vinegar. We returned the next day and ordered two pizzas to go. The staff was still rude. The cheese pizza is tasty, with basil and a sweet sauce. Again, it is different than typical western pizza, but good nonetheless. The pizzas were about $6 each, and they were medium sized. There are other restaurants nearby that serve pasta and burgers (sabidee restaurant just down the road). The owner there was very friendly and his food looked good. If you are not set on eating pizza, and prefer a friendly atmosphere, I suggest trying a different restaurant.More
