I ate at the Ali’s Cafe on three occasions in October. The staff is friendly and provided quick service. The menu is large and offers budget friendly choices. I enjoyed my chicken tacos, fries, and creamy tahini cocktail after an island adventure. Another time I...had a cheeseburger with bacon and fries (really good fries). On the last occasion, I had the seafood dish with white wine sauce, muscles, prawns, etc. I also had the strawberry tahini drink which was refreshing on the hot, humid tropical days. Aloe cafe is near the Vaitape port within a small complex.More

With 2 cruise ships in port, places were busy. We got a table in just a few minutes, and the food and service was worth any imaginable wait. The three tuna sashimi was perfect, just had to ask for more wasabi. The beer was local,...cold and perfect for a warm rainy day. A pleasant visit on Bora Bora.More

One of the best breakfasts in Bora Bora. And their menu is extensive for lunch as well. We enjoyed the waitress - so kind and fun. Thank you Aloe Cafe!

Loved this coffee oasis in the middle of the bustling capital of Vaitape. Great coffee, creme brulee, and had the added bonus of having an awesome souvenir shop next door too! Service great too:)

Friends from our cruise told us to come here for lunch. It's on the main drag in the back corner of a small strip center. I had a Caesar salad with shrimp. It was all right. I don't like when the shrimp isn't shelled in...a salad. My husband's dish was a real winner. He had mussels. They were so many of them and they were delicious! I also had a dessert that the friends recommended which was a lemon sorbet with a shot of vodka. It was yummy. It's an extremely unpretentious restaurant so come as you are.More

We learned that our relative simple breakfasts, but with eggs and fruit, juice would cost XFP 2500 pp. 7500 for three for 3 days (bora bora holiday lodge). As we found this excessive and as we didn't like to buy baguettes all days ourselves ,...we ordered 3 nice fried eggs, toast, confiture, butter and a coffee/tea for 3 for XPF 2600 ttl. But you first need to have a car or bike, otherwise you are stuck.More

The cafe is tucked at the back of some stores and we almost missed it. Glad we didn’t! The menu is inspired and the food was delicious. The fresh tuna was amazing. Everything was wonderfully flavorful. We definitely enjoyed all the food.

A great little spot off the road to grab a beer and a quick bite to eat. My wife and I stopped in for a few drinks. She had a Mai Tai and I had a Hinano. Quick and friendly service.

We were walking the “town” and one of the shop owners suggested this place. We get there a little after 11am which was good because noon the tables were fill. We didnt get to try any pastries so I cant comment. I need to be...very picky due to severe food allergies but they had a lot of options. The hubs tried to Mahi Mahi and enjoyed it. I had the margarita pizza. Extremely thin crust that I dont know what it was hut it was very good. Large enough to take back to the room for lunch the next day. Will prob stop in againMore

My husband and I dined here for a late lunch at 3pm on a Wednesday in February. We first went to Bloody Mary’s and Bora Bora Yacht Club but they were closed already at 3pm. I’m glad we came here because we did enjoy our...meals! I ordered a chicken panini which has tomato, mozzarella and basil served with fries. I thought the portion was big and it tasted great. My husband ordered the “Hamburger New Yorkais” which is a NY strip steak burger with blue cheese and fries. He enjoyed as well! We would’ve came back if it wasn’t so far from our resort. I don’t remember if there was seating inside, but we sat outside in the covered patio. It wasn’t extremely busy so we didn’t feel too close to anyone. I did notice that people were able to smoke cigarettes at their tables. The parking area is free and pretty small. We did see a big pick up truck arrive and the driver got out to move all the motorcycles/electric bikes closer to each other to give himself room.More

Formerly known as L'Appetisserie, Aloe Café resides at the back of a small commercial center in Vaitape, the concept a lot like other “Snack” Restaurants on Bora Bora though the early opening hour of 6:30am also sees Aloe selling a small number of Pastries. Fairly...small on the inside, the selection on this particular day at 7:00am just three choices taken to go, both prices and quality are lower than that of La Patisserie Francaise by Saint James or Boulangerie Matira with the Viennoiseries all fairly dense, though the Pain Au Chocolat served warm was delicious.More

Ate here just before departing Bora Bora. Nothing sophisticated. Just what we needed not to leave with empty stomachs after a morning of snorkeling. Good food at a fair price.
