The quinoa bowl was amazing and the low lighting creates a nice atmosphere for dinner. I wish there was a little veggie place like this in every Argentinian town.

We came here in a group of 4. The (vegetarian) food was really good! I had the lentil lasagne, which was delicious. All the others had sorrentinos (stuffed pasta parcels) of some sort. The sorrentinos were quite small portions, but really filling so it didn't matter. Great homemade lemonade too. Good service, though quite slow but they were clearly cooking... More

We had a great experience at Ashpamanta and a welcome (veggie) change to the meat-focused cuisine in Argentina. The menu was inventive, with some good recommendations by the staff. The ambiance and decor was very tasteful and it was lovely to watch the food being prepared in the open kitchen - we felt like we were enjoying a delicious home-cooked... More

we arrived too late for atable within the restaurant and were parked in the courtyard (which is georgeous). The dishes are excelllent and a welcome change from mega-grills and sickly sweet desserts

Small, cool, good, intimate, dark, vegetarian, welcoming, funny music, centrally located near the square, no wifi or other distracting interferences, quite cheap, did I say good? In fact very good.... Just go there! (unless you're into formal dressing and protocolar dinner, or you won't be happy).

A veg spot in the middle of now. Also a nice room with a lot of feeling. The chef will do his best to please. It was a bit chilly when I was there. Would be great to have a stove in teh room but probably not permitted. Very tasty food and delicious fruit juice to begin with.

The slow food in the best expresion, if your are in a rush, dont go there, its a place to enjoy the food and the wine, not a macdonalds

We were part of a tour to the city and we skipped the restaurant or guide "suggested". We went for a walk and found this cosy little place. The wife was really nice and forthcoming with the food and service. Even though I'm not the greatest admirer of meatless food, we had some empanadas with a lemonade that were fantastic.... More

Very innovative dishes, sophisticated mixed of ingredients to produre very unique tastes. The fact that have meat is a real relief in Argentina. It is a very pleasnt culinary experience. Only one suggetion to the owners: have the wife deal with the tables and the customers, she is really personable, lively and fun. Have husband stay in the kitchen, he... More

Great food in a very nice atmosphere. Innovative choices with a local twist, all with a very good price/quality perception.
