Went in on Friday night to find only people in there apart from two lads playing pool. The place absolutely stinks of ale? Urine? Had a cocktail which was really nice, Unfortunately the smell was so horrible we couldn't wait to get out of there. Whatever it is it needs sorting.

Having visited here years ago when it was Timothy Taylor I looked forward to making it one of my locals when I moved to the village. Very disappointed to find it has lost most, if not all, of its character. Strong smell of stale beer and cheap cleaning fluid, poor drinks selection and very little light which is a shame... More

Visited 5.30 mid week for drinks and food and no member of staff to be seen so we left. Strong smell of ale and there were lads swearing around the pool table. Sorry, wont be returning

Whilst at Bingley music festival we had a few drinks here, the staff were great and friendly. They could play the same music through the speakers that's on the TVs but that's not a major issue. Great atmosphere, give it a try.

Drinks middle priced. Pretty busy on a weekend. Music is generally pretty repetitive and mediocre. On the upside it's open later and is a bit more active than most of the other places in Bingley.

Been here a few times and it seems to get busier the later in the night you go. Varied range of drinks, reasonably priced however not the best clientele.

For many, many years, I've attempted to visit this public house famed for its pie and peas washed down with Timothy Taylors fine ales. Sadly the pub is no longer the one of legend...victim of an uninspired refurbishment and on the day of my vist, disinterested levels of service. At least the beer remains good, but I'm unlikley to return.

Good pub with a range of local ale. Decent atmosphere although it can get busy on Friday nights. Only suggestion is seating could be more spaced out

The bouncers are arsholes. Some fat girl tripped me up and I dislocated my arm in there and even though i got straight up the bouncers didn't offer to help me up.I also got barred from the pub for watching a game of pool i looked at the guy who took the shot then he was trying to act hard... More

Rudest staff I have ever come across. One lovely bouncer, all the rest have their priorities wrong. Businesses are supposed to be for customer service, correct? Then for what reason did I see and witnessed being rudely spoken to and about by two of your bar staff to be then followed and sworn at by another. If a customer is... More
