Really buzzy little pub/restaurant with very friendly staff. Food was cooked to perfection, Yorkshire puddings were enormous and the parsnips were the best I have ever had, I really need the recipe on these. Tables are booked for 2 hours, this is ample for a...More

We have had on a couple of occasions the excellent fish and chips which are very good value. Elsewhere on the menu food is undoubtedly good but much more expensive. Not many tables near windows and others can be gloomy. Service quite good. Staff obliging....More

Another return visit with friends culminated in a great night out. A good choice of drinks and friendly service. Four main courses were excellent, the two puddings were less so - hence the four star review. We will return again but would avoid the rice...More
