Having read your review the first thing that struck me was you must be a local person to eat in our restaurant more than twice a week, I then thought if that was the case you would be known to our staff as we are a family orientated restaurant and know pretty much all of our regular customers and therefore... Having visited with some business colleagues I can safely say that the welcome was friendly, service polite and courteous. We had a mixture of meals; food from the Carvery, and fish and chips. I had the Gammon and Turkey and it was simply wonderful. Rarely have I visited a place where the roast tatties were every bit as good as... More

Thank you for a lovely review, we apologise about our miserable cooks and carvers. Apparently they work hard and the excuse given is " Gordon Ramsey never smiles, so why should we!!!" Look forward to seeing you again soon More
