BUT to get the most from it follow a few guide lines Book a table or you may be disappointed Don't go early (we booked for 8pm... More

We first visited this restaurant almost thirty years ago , and our most recent visit was just as good as the first visit. The staff are wonderfully welcoming and exceedingly efficient. The menu is long and varied and as a fish restaurant cannot be faulted . The food is delicious and served in generous portions and freshly cooked. There is... More

This was very close to where we were staying, in fact you can see it across the road from one of our balconies. We went along at 7.30pm and asked if they were open yet, but was told not until 8pm. They also advised there were just 2 x 2 seater tables left otherwise fully booked for the evening. We... More

Even if it is in a beautiful port it has no view but that doesn't matter to food lovers. It is located in one of the inner streets and reservations are a must. The famous lobster "Caldereta" is delicious!! All the fried food are perfect, not oozing oil. Ask for the catch of the day but be aware it will... More

I have visited Es Cranc for many years. I love the people, the food and everything about the place. I find it is the best place to meet up with my sailing friends each year to catch up on our lives. Just the best place ever.!!!

Simply fantastic. We do eat there every day when on holiday except Wednesday ( closed). Hospitality, service and food exceptional. The owner and his family been running the restaurant for 30 years and you have to book especially in the busy season. Not to be missed and negative comments are unfair.

We went there for dinner and asked for the menu of the day! Portions are very big and the mixed paella we tried was average! Luckily we asked for the menu of the day otherwise it would have been very expensive for nothing special! Desserts especially weren't exciting, I could have done them myself with dr. Oetker semi-prepared products. It... More

We were introduced to Es Cranc by our guide, glad he did as we had a great time. The restaurant is hidden away from the more touristy restaurants on the front in Fornells. The food was very fresh and the service was friendly and efficient. We went for their speciality a lobster stew, the most expensive lobster i have ever... More
