Some of the best service we’ve received on the island. 5 of us came for lunch, Kevin could not have been more hospitable, he was really knowledgable about the local rums and helpful when there was an issue with one of the dishes. Great food...too and the location couldn’t be better!More

Pure Ocean is an outdoor restaurant located right on the beach. Has a great bar and food is excellent. The different soups that they make are so delicious and Sunday nights there is a wonderful singer. Such great ambience.

Firstly the location is excellent, so would definitely recommend for a drink and catch the sea breeze. Hamilton will be outside trying to get you in for a discount, but in my opinion even with a discount the food is average and grossly overpriced. Mixed...grill, pasta dish pictured with a bottle of pinot for around 260 BD$ The mixed grill was especially poor, 2 shrimps, 1 small piece of chicken and 1 lamb chop. The Gap is expensive, but this one I would avoid.More

Lovely staff - found us a nice table and quick to take order. Great views. A bit pricey but would have been fine if the food was good. Catch of the day was fine but came with a very small salad and about 4 sweet...potato fries. Roasted beets and citrus salad arrived with beets that were obviously not roasted, mandarin pieces from a tin (billed on the menu as juicy orange pieces) and no cashews. When we asked for the promised cashews (really couldn’t be bothered to push the point on beetroots and oranges) we were offered peanuts as there were no cashews - despite being part of the offered menu. We sent it back and replaced with a vegetable wrap which was also poor - supposed to have houmus and plantain, quantities of which were sadly lacking. The gent who i assume was in charge was lovely listened to our feedback, empathised and apologised profusely but no offer of a reduction in bill other than volunteering to remove the salad that we had returned anyway. Should have read previous reviews but we were lured in by the location. Advertises as upscale beachside dining, which on this occasion it certainly wasn’t. A great shameMore

Great looking restaurant with good views across the beach. I had catch of the day and the wife had lamb shank. Both meals good but spoilt by the fact they were only lukewarm hence the average mark. Also the measures of wine were on the...small side. Little bit disappointing but I’m sure on another occasion the food would be piping hot.More

Afraid although this restaurant has a nice location and service has improved, its price point is just too high for what it offers. I have eaten at other restaurants with a higher standard of service for a similar price.

We had a very nice meal with exceptional service. I had the crab stuffed chicken breast which was very good. The service at Pure Ocean is what makes it stand out from the rest . They take your name upon entering and address you by...name for the rest of the evening which is such a nice personal touch! Great location with with well maintained and clean washrooms.More

We charged the meal to our room as we were staying at the Divi and tipped in cash. Sorry we didn't notice if the restaurant took credit cards.
