This is a great place for breakfast in St. Lawrence Gap. Service can be on the slow side if there are more than three tables occupied but it is a very pleasant courtyard to sit in. Servers are very friendly. If you are unnerved by...wild chickens and their many offspring running around your feet do not go here.More

This is a small, really small, cafe but with lots of off road seating. The menu is quite small and best for breakfast, IMO. It isn’t open for evenings. The blueberry pancakes and cappuccino cannot be bettered.

Outdoor lunch with chickens, chicks and roosters walking around. Drinks were cold, service a little slow but ok and food was good. We had two servers, one a pleasant and attentive man, the other a rude woman. Left the restaurant unhappy. With outdoor food vendors...all over the St. Lawrence Gap, there are many better options than this restaurant.More

Had breakfast there, this morning , it was excellent ! Friendly staff , local chickens roaming ! Nice setting ! Breakfast menu was good - 2 eggs - streaky bacon - 2 sausages - beans toast & a large pot of tea $30bbs - £12....Excellent value in comparative terms to other establishments in the area all cooked fresh ! Would recommend to any passing traveller! GF had pulled pork special which was also excellent at $25 , all in all $60 - £24 for the 2 plus 2 Fanta’s ! Will be going again !More

Stayed opposite Happy Days, went over on the second day of our fourteen night stay and went back everyday after. Nick and Ruth put their heart and soul into their business. Food is cooked fresh for every order, some days you may have to wait...but they will always tell you how long, giving you the chance to sip your tea, coffee or juice slowly or to come back when it's a little quieter. If you want to mix up the menu, adding or taking away certain items they are very a obliging. Staff are polite and friendly and the chickens are a lovely bonus. Thanks for the tip on going up to the top of the island Nick, we had a great day out. Keep up the good work, hopefully we shall see you again, if not, we shall recommend your perfect business.More

We ate here a couple of times for breakfast and opted for Set 4. Not the cheapest of breakfasts but we found the service to be good (the main guy was friendly). I am gluten intolerant and they made me a GF pancake to swap...for toast which I really appreciated.More

Started at our hotel then kept going further until we found a decent place to get a quality meal. Once we ate here, didn't bother going anywhere else. Nick is so friendly and can offer so much local knowledge, all while you dine. Prices are...good and the latte is the best in the Gap ! Sometimes it's busy causing a wait, but it's worth it. It's great having the little chicks running around your feet. When we return to Barbados, it'll be Happy Days !More

Happy days is mainly an out door little cafe in a courtyard of local souvenir shops. The chickens and babies are free to roam in this courtyard. They mill about, if you ignore them they move on. Put it this way, the eggs... More
