This restaurant was great. It lost one point for the staff not giving us all the menu options. The staff was friendly, the food didn't take long to be prepared and it was excellent. It also has an amazing view of the ocean.

My husband picked Paulo's for his birthday dinner, it was alright but nothing special. I found the meats to be a bit bland tasting. I would have picked somewhere else to eat while visiting St. Lawrence Gap.

I've tried the a la Carte as well as the buffet style Brazilian meat carving. Everything was very tasty and the service was good. The drinks were good too. Try the mudslide.

Hasn't changed in 5 years, but a great idea, and friendly servers. I had The Red Snapper, instead of The Meat Feast, which was verrrry tasty. The meats were all excellent, and the buffet has plenty to choose from.

I have eaten here with my wife on many occasions and when it first opened at its original sight above the West coast it was a great meal and service was off the chart by actual Brazilian staff who knew there job well. sadly they moved from there original site to a smaller unit on St Lawrence Gap and with... After being in Boston and trying my first Brazillian steak house I was excited when I saw this restaurant. Being so close to Brazil Ithought it has to be GREAT right! Well not so much...the salad bar was minimal, and lacking..the meat was good, but no sauces like chimmichuri (sp), mint sauce ect. They did have mint jelly which was... More

At the beginning of the well-known restaurant area of St.Lawrence Gap coming from the Bridgetown side are to the right the usually full 'Castaways Bar and Grill' and to the left the usually empty 'Paulo's Churrasco Do Brazil' (as we saw on 3 nights). Since there was no seating left in the first place, we went to the other restaurant,... More

Wonderful service and awesome food. The waiters really enjoy carving & serving a large selection of meats to you at your table. Everything from the buffet was delicious also, especially the polenta and sweet potato pie.
