We ate here once - the view is lovely but it was difficult to get service and the food was unappetising - looked like bad school dinners... there are better places to eat...

Managed to get the last table on edge of the taverna over looking Stoupa Bay, about 8pm. The sunset was cloudy, if clear you might find arriving earlier difficult to cope with the direct can be very hot even at that time of day. Attended to promptly by young polite waitresses. The menu is varied not your typical Stoupa fayre.... More

Food to die for & different from the rest. Only slightly more expensive than the rest but well worth it.

We reckon this is far and away the best taverna in town - the view over the bay is great and the food is simply delicious - Voula the wonderful owner is seeking to preserve the history of the Mani in her take on the traditions of the food and diet but lifting it beyond the usual fare - the... We visited this restaurant three times during our recent two week holiday. Fantastic views over the bay and sunset. The most expensive restaurant we visited, great for me as I'm a veggie and sometimes struggle to get dishes I fancy. My husband is a meat eater and was happy with the menu. Good service, no rush to get you to... More

Good food and wine with a fantastic view over Stoupa for the same price as the other 'ordinary' restaurants. The restaurant overlooked the town/beach and we thought it was worth a try. There was a better selection on the menu and the house wine was significantly better. We chose to return a couple of days later and were not disappointed.... More

Beautiful views, fabulous food. Good old fashioned hospitality, the owner writes recipe books that are available to buy. Every Wednesday the owner bakes bread the old fashioned way which is lovely to see.
