6 of us ate here one lunchtime as the A board outside boasts Certifcate of Excellence Trip Advisor 2016. We ordered two Paellas but sadly I have eaten a lot better, one of them was even burnt to the bottom of the pan, totally black. When we told the waiter and then the bill came we were told he would... Having taken the time out for a rare lunch out we were disappointed with the experience at Chez Pierre. My husband's meal never arrived and mine was only lukewarm. No apologies given, only excuses....nuff said!

We ordered wine and two main courses. My wife's boullabaise only contained mussels and calamari. My choice of tiger mussels never arrived so I asked for the bill which didn't arrive along with the apology which didn't arrive either.

As we walked by last Sunday we were attracted to this nice place along the seafront with an interesting menu of the day advertised. I walked in and asked one of the staff if we could take the free table outside in the sun and with a friendly: "Yes, of course" me and my girl took a seat. From here... More

In January, although low occupation, service was extremely slow (over 45min.), waiters are paying no attention to clients and don't try to complain to the owner as he is not interested (nor interesting). A very arrogant person, although claiming 35 years of experience. Perhaps time to recycle in a military cantine

This restaurant is fantastic, the food, the service and the view is amazing!! I have family that live in Altea and we were having a girly day out - we couldn't of picked a better restaurant. I am vegan and so miss out on a lot of the traditional Spanish dishes but I was able to have the vegetable paella... More
