Best pizza I’ve ever had!

Everything about this restaurant is wonderful. The location, the staff and the food all top notch. Both inside and outside seating areas with gorgeous decorations. Pizza is the best pizza I’ve ever had and I eat a lot of pizza! Hubby chose a bottle of pumpkin ale, didn’t like it much so they swapped it for a gin & tonic free of charge. Truly deserving of this rating.

We went with a VIP chest gift box and it was great! They gave us the option to change the starter, all the waiters were super attentive and friendly. Exquisite food! The spectacular nachos and the delicious focaccia! We went without a reservation and we were lucky, but it was better to book. They also have a very large interior terrace.

The truth is that we were looking for a restaurant to eat, and the truth is that in August it was difficult. My wife looked for this one online. The truth is that we had a luxurious meal, perfect treatment from the two waitresses. Total €43 for three people. Very well priced.

Incredible food. My partner is Sardinian, (since the owner is also from Sardinia) and it is the first time in his life in Spain, he says he has tried a really good and Italian dough. I, Spanish, can say that I will repeat without a doubt when we return to Altea! Thank you also for the treatment, you have been lovely!

We booked with the fork and it did not disappoint at all. The treatment of the waitress was exceptional. There are quite a few vegetarian alternatives. We had a fantastic meal, everything was delicious and the portions were generous. They have a terrace inside where they did not hesitate to let us be with our dog and, in fact, they put water on her as soon as we arrived. We would definitely repeat.

Excellent food and attention. If you like Italian food you should go. Excellent Tagliatella with pecorino cheese and pizzas with their “pinsa” dough. The waitress was very nice, we were very comfortable. They are from Sardinia and they put a lot of love into what they do. All very delicious 👌🌅

Great find!

Stumbled upon this place when out a walk this morning. Looked interesting and a bit different from the norm so tried it tonight. our first time in Altea and tbh was getting sick of Italian food but this was on a different league. Setting was lovely, great music, Friendly staff and great value food. Will definitely return

Had a lovely lunch at il Bandido, , great fresh food and friendly service. Good description on the menu about the pinsa and the difference in the pizza dough . Very good prices., Will visit again.

The pinsas were great, but big! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The terrace out the back was unexpected and had plenty of shade. All in all a great experience that I would repeat. They also do gluten-free pasta for those that need it.

Great service, nice relaxed vibe, it’s one of those restaurants where you can feel the owners really love what they do. Ordered a special, bacon wrapped chicken, stuffed with smoked provelone, honey mustard sauce and potato purée… incredible 👌

I am really sorry to post a bad review but when they keep you waitong for 70 minutes to bring a burger thst means they are not prepare to handle a business.it was just a burger!!whn theu ask you if u want to have some food while they prepare the burger and they offer you homemade croquetas and they bring you a hasbrown means they fooling people.i am a local and they have lost a customer

We picked this restaurant as we wanted to try the tapas advertised in the ruta de tapa booklet. It was delicious. Very friendly staff, nice outdoor seating area. One suggestion - tidy up the ladies toilet area and it would improve the place no end :)

Something New has arrived in Altea.

A bar, no a restaurant, no a music place.. I am not sure what to call this place. I walked into the bar and Metallica was playing on the stereo. Than I walked out back, it was quiet and secluded. It had it's own winebarden with a large playground for children. The food is simple but really good, the drink is just the same. Great sangria! They play some easy metal and great rock everyone like. To summarise, I went here with a 2 year old and it was perfect. I could visit the place with "the guys" and have a great time. I could visit with my rocker parents and eat dinner. Just visit the place!
