We recently had Sunday lunch in this restaurant. Fortunately it had been booked as there was a queue out the door and all tables were occupied. Despite being very busy, the food was excellent. As a lunch menu, it was quite extensive. I had hake which was beautifully presented and full of flavour. It is a little expensive and perhaps... More

There are not enough stars available to give this place! 5 stars is simply not enough in my opinion! I loved everything about Bramley Lodge; the atmosphere, the staff and most of all the food! I had the Thai green curry which was amazing, while my friend had the hake which she loved! We also indulged in some of the... More

Came here for lunch with two of my friends. Was not disappointed. We were seated as soon as we came in the door in the middle of a busy lunch. We had the squid salad perfectly cooked, goats cheeses bon bons which were melt in the mouth, and the Thai green curry which was delicious. Would definitely recommend

I've been to Bramley Lodge a couple of times in the past just for coffee and dessert (always a lovely afternoon treat) but this was my first time going there for a meal. Went there for lunch with 2 family members. Being a Sunday we had booked which was a good move. I'd definitely recommend booking for weekend. The place... More

My Friend and I met for lunch recently in Bramley Lodge. It was very busy so we were glad we had booked a table. The staff were nice and friendly. We both had turkey and ham and it was delicious. We had all the trimmings followed by two deserts and coffee. We really enjoyed our experience and cant wait to... More

We stopped here yesterday after our annual visit to see Santa at Fota and were quickly seated by a very friendly waitress. Our order was taken and we requested gluten free options and were advised what was available. We arrived around 3pm and although breakfast had long finished they were very accommodating by providing toast for my fussy daughter. Our... More

Had turkey and ham here last Sunday. 1 very thin slice of each tasted ok, 1 roast parsnip, 3 sprouts, slice of garlic potato- all very....average. Crowded, tables close together, popular. Service is functional. This business could do with refinement on service and improvement on food. Far better options in East Cork. Booked for 2pm seated and then asked to... More

I occasionally pop in for breakfast or morning coffee with friends. The setting is lovely and the food is of high quality. I would recommend the fruit scones ( don't leave it too late in the morning as they have been known to be gone by 1000am) but the home made sausage rolls are also very tasty. They have a... More
