We always come here when we visit Macau! Their Egg Tarts are the best! The weekends can be busy but very much worth the wait. Also their new cafe is spacious in a nicer setting!

It is a must for Macau visitors to try one of there egg tarts. Although there can be a long way and the one in Coloane is a bit far, my advice is going to the one in the Venetian. There is a counter which only sells egg tart. No queue, and there are plenty of shops to walk around.

This has to be one of the best cafes anywhere in the world . It has excellent coffee and superb sandwiches and other hit dishes . But of course it's egg tarts are rightfully what made it famous . Superb - highly recommended .

Okay, go here, have an egg tart, they're good, yummy and worth the nostalgia to have one where they were invented - at least that's their bragging point. Friends have gone to Lord Stow's for breakfast and rave abut it. Decent coffee but not fantastic. There's 3 different Lord Stow's cafes within walking distance from each other right in Coloane.... I wasn't too fond of Macau as it lacked the adventure thrill I am often searching for, but these Egg Tarts made up for that. It was one of the greatest desserts I have ever tried in my life. I initially bought 2, and ended up getting a whole box after that. The Egg Tarts here are a bit more... More

If you are a foodie and have been in Asia, you have no doubt seen and tasted an egg tart. Travel to Lord Stow's Cafe and you will see where they originated. The endearing cafe and its staff will complete the experience for you.

Ordered the Salmon Quiche and the Promegranate tea (comes with a teapot). My friend ordered the Prawn Salad which was just as nice ! Lord Stow's Cafe - the one I went was a small cafe that can seat no more than 20 people and best to go, if party of 4. I think there is a bigger cafe behind... More

This cafe is lovely and the food is great. The egg custard tarts are amazing. Erwin was a great staff member and was very friendly and helpful. We went here twice and really enjoyed it. We will be returning!

The food was great! Egg tarts were highly recommended before we went, and exceeded my expectations. Also, for a place that seemed very busy when we arrived, the staff were very friendly, and the food came very quickly. Loved it!

The issue with Portuguese Egg Tarts in the US is that they often make them way too sweet. As a Chinese-American, when I tried my first Portuguese Egg tart in Macau, I was expected another sugary egg tart. I was quickly proven wrong upon my first bite. The tart was AMAZING. Just the right amount of sugar with a very... More
