First time I was introduced to this place I came with a group of friends. The African chicken was so good but I had to stop myself from eating it all, as you do when you are with a big group. I couldn't stop thinking I would come back here on my own one day and polish off a whole... More

The speciality of this restaurant is obviously African Chicken. It is clearly original one and so delicious. I was really shocked when I ate it first time.

A truly local experience with good quality 'macchinese "dishes. I recommend the giant prawn in chilli ad tomato sauce.

I'd give this place 3.5 stars if I could. The pros: the African chicken was very good, and a real treat. The Macau Sole was good too. The cons: very disinterested wait staff; the side dishes like soup were only so-so, and there were virtually no choices of wine by the glass. My GF doesn't drink, so I don't need... More

Good serving size and great location on the water. Service is attentive and the beer is cold. Old world charm

My daughter and I selected Henri's Gallery for our last evening meal in Macau and we were pleased with our choice. I was looking forward to trying the African Chicken and it was as promised by TA reviews excellent. We also had the spring rolls and a shrimp omelette, so much food we couldn't finish unfortunately. It was a lovely... More

My wife and I ate here on a colleagues recommendation some 20 years ago and as we had a spare day in HK decided to take the ferry to Macau and revisit Henri's - we were not disappointed! A jug of Sangri together with a Portuguese Fish Stew and the African Chicken made for a memorable lunch that was as... More

I went to. Henry's a couple weeks ago. The maître D is very friendly and also the staff treat you as being visitors to their home. Great recommendation on the food and menu as you might not be so familiar with what the dish would be if you look at the menu. Tastes all very very nice and great presented.... More

We came by there last week and had a great lunch after our walk through the Barra and Mandarin house. We ordered a jug of sangria, the clams, African chicken and something else (don't remember right now) and it was amazing food. The service was great, the bread was nice and warm and the sangria - refreshing. Loved the place.... More
