Very Interesting Portuguese food done by locals

one of the classics Portuguese food in Macau, we had some traditional dishes (nothing really special) but was well done. Old style decor. So not something exciting but I liked the food

Nice interior, friendly service personnel, great food. Try the grilled pigeon prepared with a 100 year old recipe. You should know there's no fresh sea food on the menu but meat lovers will be satisfied at it's best.

We did not have the signature roast pigeon (a couple of my friends did not like squabs) but had the baked pork chops (very juicy) on fried rice, curry prawns (so flavorful that we had to make an extra order of plain rice), stir fried cabbage (very tender) with garlic. My friends wanted to try the African chicken but could... More

Nothing to shout about their food. Pricey and yet not very service oriented. Food is so so, we wanted to try portuguese good and read about this place and decided to check it out. I'm sure there are better places that serves more delicious Portuguese food

Service was terrible. Waiters, even the manager was so rude we were speechless. Food was average, price way over priced. Would not recommend.

Very normal food, nothing to shout about. Curry crab was a let down. African chicken, nothing special. Only the pigeon saved the day. Jus eat pigeon here. Everything else is a waste of time, honestly.

Exceptional macanese food worth the money. Good Portuguese wine list. House wine perfectly acceptable. Service above average.

Fat Siu Lau is a true Macanese cooking restaurant which has been in business for more than 100 years. I went to the original one which was close to the "central" district. It is in a building with three levels, each has its unique style of decoration. We ordered the Portuguese salty fish ball appetizer, lightly fried, a true tasty... More
