We came back to Mogan looking forward to eating at the Fish restaurant Cofradia de Pescafores de Mogan. I was terribly disappointed. The service was poor and the waiter was totally uninterested. The grilled fish was ok, but both the starters and the children’s pasta...was a complete waiste of money. This restaurant is not worth a visit.More

Reserved a specific table for 19:30, arrived on time all the staff knew which table, drinks & menus arrived promptly. The avocado & shrimp starter could well be main course and the shrimp in garlic oil is very tasty. Added touch was the toasted bread...with garlic & tomatoes very nice touch. Mains of rock bass and kings prawns wrapped in sole were first rate. The usual Spanish hospitality extended to a gratis liqueur with a difference, they left the bottle on a help yourself basis. Not sure why the staff have been criticised in other reports they could not have been more attentive or pleasant, food ids not cordon blue but neither are the prices, worth a visit.More

At the end of a jetty on the far side, it's a bit of a trek to get there, but it;s worth it. All very local and an excellent seafood restaurant. We lunched there but could easily have stayed for dinner too. Plenty of seating...both in and out. Polite and efficient waiters and very clean. Worth the extra walk.More

We are staying in Puerto Rico and took the ferry a short walk around the marina brings to the road that leads around to the restaurants you can see from the marina. This one of you like fresh fish is wonderful and fully authentic and...full of locals which days it all. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I went for the seafood casserole which was heavenly and as fresh as it comes. We were then treated to a shot of honey rum which I could soon develop a taste for I lived lived here. Great restaurant and I would have no hesitation in heading here again when staying in PR. Thank you for a lovely dinning experience!More

First time at this establishment. Fresh catch of the day was nice, several other dishes less exciting. I would suggest you ask the staff rather than choosing from the a la carte.

We came across this restaurant almost by accident and booked it for that evening. Staff were not overly effusive but their apparent indifference hid a very friendly and helpful style which came to the fore once we were seated for dinner. The menu is heavily...seafood and fish biased, which is not surprising considering its location on the pier, and our hope that freshness would be a feature was not disappointed. After a chat our waiter recommended a couple of dishes which were excellent. The wine was also very good and, as we were ordering by the glass, we found the quantities more generous than the other restaurants we'd been to. The atmosphere is very relaxed and casual and with the waiter's help we probably got the best meal of our holiday here.More

Sited on the harbour wall this is an excellent location on which to enjoy some local cuisine of an exceedingly high standard.

We left the restaurant without even trying the food. The waiter was disgusting and arrogant, the table was so dirty we almost vomited. There are to many good restaurant all over Gran Canaria to come here. We came a few times before and the food was...more or less ok, nothing special.More

The worst plate of food in my life. I have never badly reviewed before but we walked out if this restaurant after being served two awful starters- hard avocado and prawns and a dish that should have been prawns and ham but was a disgusting...pile of scrambled egg and prawns with hard bits of ham. We waited for the fresh fish and it was inedible. We paid for our drinks and left. We had a Valentines meal 3 years ago that was great- come on guys you need to sort yourselves outMore
