I went to this tiny warung multiple times during my 10 day-stay at Gili Air. Maybe everyday haha. Really the best food you can get. Also free cooking class and such wonderful and kind staff. I really enjoyed it. Vegan or veggie is not a...problem for the passionate chef. Good food, good vibes, this is where you need to go for some authentic Indonesian food.More

Was craving a healthy and authentic Indonesian meal and wasn't disappointed after my dinner at this local warung! I was traveling solo and sidled up the counter and enjoyed meeting other travelers and talking with the staff. I watched as they created each dish right...in front of me while I enjoyed my Bintang and chicken curry. Super fresh, super affordable, and a lovely setting! Highly recommend a meal here if you find yourself on this incredible island:)More

Local Warung serving all the favorite dishes done exceptionally well. The nasi goreng and mie goreng were the best we had in 3 weeks on Lombok but the standout for me was the chicken curry. Well worth a visit on Gili Air

Great atmosphere and super friendly staff at this amazing place tucked away in the middle of the island. Food was excellent and we really enjoyed watching the owner dancing away at the bar to the 50's rock'n'roll which was playing in the background. It really...feels like your eating in the middle of the jungle. The buildingv and furniture is made entirely of local natural materials and there were plenty of mosquito coils burning in the outside eating area.More

We came here twice for the chicken satay during our short stay as we loved it so much. The wait time was long but worth it and to be expected with such a limited space. One evening the power went out but they still continued...cooking using torches until the lights came back on. Would definitely recommend.More

Really enjoyed it! My wife and I did two dishes from the cooking class. It lasted about 2 hours and we ate our own food which was great. You need to book in advance and each dish costs around 200k (about 3x what the price...is on the menu) but we thought it was good value. The class runs from 10-12 and don't eat a breakfast beforehand!! Good atmosphere as we had 8 people there in total and the staff were friendly and helpful!More

We ordered chicken curry and fried rice with prawns and calamari, it was delicious and nicely presented. The place is very cute with a beach/authentic feel. We came here for lunch and it was the perfect break from the sun, shaded and cool. Highly recommend!!

Amongst people that live on the island this place is known to have the best curry on the island, and it is certainly true! We have taken many friends visiting and are often met with ‘this is the best curry I’ve ever had’ as their...response. The menu isn’t massive but it’s delicious. They even catered for allergies when we look family members that are allergic to chillis! A must when you visit Gili Air!More
