Been here more than twenty times, as a "one pint pub" it's ok, but nothing more. They try to be a night club, food restaurant and terrace bar same time, unfortunately not working very well. Food is terrible. In 90's this was more like party place, especially not for the youngest ones. Very rude and racist ushers, once they didn't... More

I looked for a place to get lunch fast and nevertheless tasty one. They had a variety of meals, also daily specials. Lunch vas delivered quite quick and the portion was more than enough for us :)

Five of us came to the Lokaal after we’ve eaten at the Saaremaa Veski for dinner. Two of my friends live in Saaremaa so it was their choice to come there. As we entered we were met by what we would class as the most miserable and unfriendly barman. We ordered our drinks and sat in a booth with plastic... More

Very reasonable prices, yet food is good = good value for money. Try garlic bread for starter. Rapid and friendly service.

We tried to find a place where to eat after 21:00 outside the tourist season, and this place was the only one with the kitchen open. The menu is versatile enough, and the appetizers we ordered were tasty and plentiful. The main course was decent sized, with fresh, small salad. The place was clean and quiet, and the staff were... The place is big and empty at least during our visit. Definitely not a place for a romantic atmosphere or sth cosy or homey feeling. The food was very average. Nothing speacial, more like a fast food place I would say.

I walked around the city with my kid who wanted to eat something. I came from castle direction and checked all places and their menus on the way to city center. I didn't want anything special cause you know... small kids they will eat half of their food and leave another part for parents. So I didn't want to spend... More

we were here in august and we had 4 beers, pork schnitzel and a huge pizza all for around 19 quid. The food was tasty and came in large portions and the staff were sociable and friendly. It was a beautiful sunny day and we were sat outside and it was gorgeous. The interior was more of a nightclub atmosphere... More
