I have lived 33 years in the Czech Republic (not Czechia) and this was one of the worst meals I have ever had. I had a chicken schnitzel (pretty basic) and it had not taste. None. And the potatoes were overcooked. if it were not for the fact that I was hungry - and that there was a lot of tartar sauce, I would have had to leave it. The chicken was so watery - either poorly cooked or more likely, poor quality food. :(
But the service was lovely.

We have visited this place around 2 years after the Polish TV show "Kuchenne Rewolucje" (Kitchen Revolutions) has aired and this hotel / restaurant has been mentioned as an example to very tasty food!
In the restaurant (Lunch time) we have been the only people eating in. The food was very terrible and everything was microwaved (we have heard a microwave beeping sound coming from the kitchen every 3 minutes) and also we don't know how long this food was kept in the fridge as it tasted very bad!
Overall very bad experience leaving my girlfriend with a bad tummy and overall bad experience with Czech cuisine.
Stay away if you want to avoid food poisoning.
We don't know how the hotel experience can be as we just visited the restaurant.
