Great choice of breakfast dishes, something for everyone. I had the smoked Corrib salmon and poached eggs - of which were cooked to perfection. Efficient service.

Both, breakfast and lunch are very good. Nice choice of sandwiches and salads. I'm coming back here very often. Staff always very friendly and every table is always cleaned.

I was cautious of what breakfast options there was based on previous pictures it looked like big fry ups. However there was pancakes, french toast, bagels. Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff.

We had lunch here and I would highly recommend it for the food, the service and most importantly at the moment, the adherence to the Covid-19 social distancing and sanitisation rules, which was VERY reassuring. The food is excellent and of great quality. We would...definitely recommend.More

Was here with 2 friends and our kids yesterday and it was amazing. Firstly, the staff greeted us witg a big smile and friendly banter whilst bringing us to our very large table. We all orderes something dofferent and wach of us agreed that it...was 100% perfect. Hot, tasty, generous and very reasonable. If im ever in the area again, i will definitely be calling in. We highly recommend Puddle Duck Cafe.More

We came upon this little gem while in Cong, what a surprise. No room at the inn, but booking made for 20mins time. No worries, let's have a little stroll. Booking for 5 adults and 2 children. We had just planned to have a light...lunch, but the portions were so generous we were full to the brim! Menu to suit all types, adults and children alike. Food fresh and tasty, service was excellent and staff were so friendly and smiled! Thoroughly enjoyed and will be back.More

Only had tea, but will be back for a meal as the food, especially the sweets looked scrumptious. Very clean and cosy, and lovely to look out over the water. Measures taken for the Covid which is reassuring.

The set up at this cafe for social distancing is run like a well oiled machine. Distance markers outside and once a short queue formed we all had our numbers taken so we could disperse and got a phone call telling us our table was...ready - our wait wasn't even 5 minutes and was spent watching the literal ducks just a few steps away on the water. Lots of space between tables and a good selection. The chai latte was among the best I've ever had, and the waitress was great about telling me the brownie was gluten free but "not made in a gluten free environment." The ice cream was a great second choice. Recommend highly!More

I genuinely think the goats cheese sandwich was the best food I’ve ever had, We were starving after walking around Cong on a (rare) sunny Sunday afternoon and was so glad this place was not only open on a Sunday, but also open during the...Covid 19 madness (since the cafe I work in has shut it’s doors for the next few weeks). Brilliant food, lovely servers and classic Irish feel ❤️ thanks a millMore
