Corfu was one of our cruise stops, the locals recommended this tavern for the best Moussaka in the town. It's family run business with people coming in for fast food take outs. The service was ok, had to look for someone to place our order. The Moussaka turned out to be on a greasy side, but looked great. The house... More

This is a basic local restaurant where you pick from whatever happens to have been cooked that day. We enjoyed tender chicken skewers and an equally tender veal pastitsio and were happy with the flavours. But it was nearly all spoilt but the worst house wine (white) that I have ever experienced. As long as you drink something else, you... More

the restaurant serves good traditional fresh food and it is full Greek people - a good sign :) but the prices are a bit hi for the size of the portions you get also, when they finish with one meal you don't find it the rest of the day, so if you don't eat lunch early, you can have a... More

We visited O Ninos two times during our stay in Corfu in August. Food was great. There is maybe not a big choice in the menu, but everything you order is so fresh and home-made! We were absolutely delighted with great portions and very friendly staff. There was no free table, once we went there in the evening, but the... More

What I like is that you can see what you get cooking in big pots and pans before you before you order. Lots of take out from the locals. Not always sure tourists are getting the best prices here, as sometimes higher considering it is a locals place, and hard to judge if you are getting the same. I tried... More

We asked a shopkeeper which non-tourist restaurant do the locals go to, and he suggested this one. Many local dish choices, food was interesting, good quality and price level very reasonable. Service good too.

Tucked away in a little alley in the center of town , this is a typical Greek tavernaki with good Greek food. You can get anything from gyros and souvlakia to the well known mousaka and other home cooked Greek specialties. The servers are friendly and the prices are budget friendly. Just the place to enjoy the local atmosphere and... More
