Menu in many languages & diversified meals. The waiters were very kind. (Just make sure you reserve a place because it might be full)

On our day out in Corfu Agni travel had recommended the Rouvas near the market. You can go into the kitchen and see all the traditional dishes to make your choice, all at very reasonable prices. We had moussaka, stuffed peppers and tomatoes and artichokes with peas. With a caraf of Rose and water €27.50 really good value and decent... More

It's where locals eat. Pretty much it tells me all- food was good, plus you can see it right in pots and just point finger to what looks good for you to to order. Food tested excellent no matter what each of us ordered. So glad my friend introduced me to this place! Stuff speak English, no stress of trying... More

First time visiting rouvas as my family recommended it and was not disappointed! We all had the beef stew and was excellent! Different days they have different food and all fresh! The only problem is that it is not open at night, only 9am-5pm! Well worth a visit you will not be disappointed!

Went to Rouvas practically every day for lunch, can recommend it wholeheartedly. A variety of people eat there, mainly local Greeks.

Rouvas is a few minutes walk from "The Blue Bus Station". Fortunately it's slightly off season in October so there were free tables. It's now known to foreign tourists but you are still outnumbered by the locals. There is a wide range of dishes, described in the menu in English. Service is prompt. Delicious feta stuffed peppers and large slabs... More

Simple honest grub well presented and super tasty. We had pork and beef stews and roast potatoes which you'd think in the heat were more winter dishes but when they take the lids off the pans all thoughts of salads are banished. There is also a continuous traffic jam outside which adds music to your meal as you watch the... More

The place is simple, as the food. Local greek food at reasonable prices. I had Pastitsada and my boyfriend and a Moussakà, with tzatziki and two beers we spent €12 each. It is open only for lunch.
