I found the Blooming Cactus by chance, it is close to the Harbour in an Old Town backstreet, and passing trade is probably minimal, and it would be easy to pass by without noticing the restaurant. We arrived early on a Thursday evening, and only one other table was occupied so we were able to take our pick of the... More

Well worth a visit even if you are not vegan! Delicious guilt free food! 😍we had about 6 dishes and they were all beautiful, the waiter is a very friendly guy and the small cosy dining area gives a good feel! Not to mention the friendly sleepy dog that sits by the toilets.

Unusually wide choice for vegetarians and tasty for non-vegetarians too. Some tapas -style and generous portions of main courses.

"Best Curry ever tasted" and that's from my dad who is a meat eater and will never ever go veggie!! My little sister (10yrs) was a bit worried about the menu as she didn't recognise anything on their but he lovely chef made her some homemade chips which were gorgeous! Extremely friendly staff and nothing was too much trouble! Also... More

Had a lovely meal here served up by equally lovely staff. I had a bean stew and my friend had the veggie curry - both very tasty. Candelabras on tables - a sweet touch.

Discovered this place on our previous holiday. Simple tapas type menu but absolutely lovely food. Have just spent another evening dining there. Love the simplicity of the restaurant and the easy listening music. Feels so relaxed and laid back. Food is all locally sourced and cooked on site. Eating their food is a pleasure and our plates went back clean.... More

We had the moussaka, green beans sauteed in tomato with fetta (has a traditional name), greek salad and fried saganaki. Great meal, by candle light with cheerful wait staff. Thanks!

Well worth a visit if you are vegan, veggie and or gluten intolerant. Quaint little hidden away place. Veggie chilli, rice and falafel all great. More choice than any other restaurant for the above.

We ate here a couple of times during our recent stay in Puerto Del Carmen. The food was lovely as was the atmosphere with candles and nice lighting. Their moussaka is particularly worth a mention. Well worth a visit.
