Not been since Emma herself left but they've kept the same food quality and service. I'm lucky have authentic mexican restaurants where I live and this is up there with them. The food is always so fresh tasting. Great selection for children and adults with the staff always willing to help on food choices. It's tooked down a back street... More

Emma's Cantina is far away from all the Tex Mex joints you'll see on the street. Literally and proverbially. It's hidden away in the old town and they won't give you a sombrero to wear but it is definitely worth a visit. We thought our waitress was a bit grumpy when she seated us despite our lack of reservation but... More

Wow, fabulous Mexican food. 4 of us ate here last night, kids had chicken fajitas and chimichanga, I had the devilled prawns and my hubby went for the HOT chilli. With starters and drinks the bill came to about €90, so not the cheapest, but huge portions and great tasting food. Didn't stay for dessert as I found it too... More

This place is definitely worth a visit if you are in Puerto del Carmen. The food was amazing and had a great vegetarian selection for my husband. However, I would recommend booking in advance as the place unsurprisingly filled up fast - we didn't realise how popular the place would be but the staff managed to accommodate us. We will... More

Sunday night we ate in Emma's after missing out on an opportunity to do so on a previous trip and it was certainly a nice experience. The restaurant is a little off the beaten track, as in it is situated away from the main harbour area and is located up a hill that to the unknowing traveller you would assume... More

What can we say only we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this super restaurant nestled away in the 'Old Town'. Eventhough booked up we managed to get the last table for 4 (2 adults & 2 children). Our eldest boy has a metabolic dietary requirement called PKU which means he is pretty much a strict vegan without the cheese but... More

Enjoyed the location of this restaurant but the chicken inside both mine and my boyfriend's burritos was quiet chewy and dry. Other than that great flavour and great cocktails!

This is a great little restaurant. We couldn't get in the first night we tried so we booked for the next night. The service was great. The food was beautiful! We had a variety of tastes; mild, spicy, vegetarian, teenage boy with huge appetite. Everyone was catered for brilliantly. We will definitely come back.

We got to the restaurant the first night but all the tables were book. That was fine so I book for two days later. When we got seated we were asked really quickly what we wanted, I asked if we could have another few mins. It was like we asked for something out of the norm. Food came out it... More
