We stopped off on a coach trip to Mount Etna. Massive queues to get served, then even more massive queue for the toilets. There was 1 male and 1 female toilet. There was a good selection of pastries, the coffee was fine, not sure what the tea was but not breakfast tea for sure! Unfortunately by the time I had... More

Visited this outlet on various occasions during my stay in Nicolosi and I've eaten some real good Baba and Cannoli

Good coffee which helps when you have just spent one hour and a bit on a bumpy journey up..Overpriced cakes and grumpy staff ( it seems to be a trend around here..so I guess we should stop expecting a smile!)Toilet is disgusting.

Really to avoid, expensive and bad quality. Things looks good but tastes old, we even try to explain to the owner that the quality of the food was bad, but he didn't care at all. Staff unprofessional.

We stopped here for a snack on a Sunday before going up Mt. Etna and really enjoyed sitting outside in the sunshine. The place was very crowded maybe since it was after church but the service was still good and they accommodated us by putting 2 tables together. They had such a variety of foods we couldn't decide whether to... More

Went there for an aperitif and was amazed. The best arancina I have had in Italy, not sure about their aperitif mix though. The waiter was the embodiment of Southern hospitality, warm and generous (so what if they present you with a bill afterwards). It was lovely to be guided and given small samples of everything they had.

Friendly staff, great food, good value, well worth a stop to Etna! Owner Alfredo helped us find a room.

Of course this town may be a bit out of your way, but when in Nicolosi remember to go there. There is no excuse not to go, If you go to see the Etna volcano.
