This is a very popular sidreria and we were asked to return after 30 minutes for a table. This was slightly curious as when we did return they just put up a couple more tables on the pavement right by the parked cars and vans which did nothing for the experience. As we were there for a light lunch we... More

Amazing food, perfect suggestions done by the crew, just a bit to slow between dishes. I guess it is because they were fully booked. We ate incredibly well. Be careful big portions. Order smartly! Totally a recommendation.

Lovely meal. We had a range of local dishes and enjoyed them all! Lovely waterside location. Waiters were very attentive.

This is a more formal restaurant than the other siderias we visited. The staff were very friendly. We had monkfish grilled which seemed to be in egg - something we have never had before. The portions are enormous so if there are 2 of you, order 2 dishes and no more!

The tapas bar we had wanted to visit in Ribadesella was closed so we wandered along and found ourselves going into El Campanu, which didn't immediately look promising. The tapas seemed expensive so we decided to go for something on the main menu, all of us plumping for the Fabada Asturias (local bean, sausage and bacon stew) which seemed appropriate... More

My comments should be taken in the context of me not ordering well. I have an allergy to shellfish so struggled with the menu which is not the restaurants fault. My husband had beef which he said was okay, I had goat's cheese salad which was a bit disappointing a lot of lettuce, some tomatoes and awkward,is of onions and... More

We went there last summer and it was by far the best restaurant we´ve tried. The price/quality is great. When you´rethere try the ´zamburriñas´. You won´t regret it.

This busy place, opposite the fish market, has a hunting theme, with stuffed and mounted animal heads and fishing paraphernalia on the walls. There is a bar and cafe area, a dining room and also a more formal dining area. It appears to be a focal point for locals to meet, both in the bar and outside in the pavement... More

This restaurant was very favourably reviewed in Tripadvisor, but I'm not sure why (all the 'poor' reviews I notice were by Spaniards, many of them local, and they nearly all commented on the poor service and overpriced indifferent food). Even on a Sunday evening in late June it was frantically busy - it tries to be a bar, a sidreria... More

Staff, and food are both first class, reasonably priced, I had the best Lobster salad I had ever tasted.
