If you go up to Penang Hill it's the only bar and restaurant at the peak with a great view of Georgetown. They have live music and are open till 10pm for guests. Nice spot!

I was shocked to be refused service when I stopped by for a drink. The restaurant was barely half-packed as well. Why? Because the manager said it was lunch hour and insisted a meal be ordered. Nonsense.
