End of the day and only 3 restaurants are open on Independencia. David Luna excellent and ate there last night. So we went to El Patio. Looks good when entering. Courtyard very attractive. Menu worst ever. We had ordered drinks and tried to cancel. Too late. So we drank up and walked across the street to Real San Pedro and... More

While I normally don't write reviews of restaurants; this time I had to. Maybe it will dawn on someone to be more conscientious about certain things. I have eaten at this place before and on this trip to Tlaquepaque I made a point to eat at this restaurant because the food, service and ambient is good and they have a... More

Food cold and our waiter disappeared.... Last visit was great but this time 3/4 meals were cold. When returned part was hot but not the sauce and tacos?!? We had to ask another waiter for help as ours disappeared.

Had dinner there, service was excellent, food was OK, probably would not go back. However our server Juan was excellent, really tried to make us happy! They have a very nice fountain in the patio, however when we moved there to eat, a lot of bee's, had to move again. One disappointment was that their chips were from a bag,... More

My and my partner stop at El patio after reviewing lots of options and we weren't disappointed, the place has great food, excellent service the only bad thing we left just when the mariachi was arriving to the restaurant I want to stay more but unfortunately we were short on time so we couldn't buy a place I would definitely... Our first stop in Tlequepaque. Fun Mexican breakfast, good Olla cafe, great patio setting, filled with trees and fountain.

This has good basic mexican cuisine, with a lady mariachi band for entertainment, making it a fun place for an evening out.

I was looking for indigenous food & atmosphere that wasn't so loud (like most of the other places). This perfectly fit the bill. There was a good singer playing & I was able to find a quiet corner! The Manager Hector was wonderful!

We had been told that this inviting restaurant "used" to have good food, but had now become a tourist spot with not so good food. However, My travel partner wanted to see the female mariachis. The food turned out to be good, as was the entertainment. The service was excellent!

New in 2016 El Patio opened on the main street of Loreto Bay (AKA The Paseo). The space, like most of the locations in Loreto Bay is not conducive to a real kitchen. Still the limited menu is perfect. A couple of salad and a couple of sandwich selections with options to add chicken, beef or bacon is just right.... More
