Yes it is a cheap place to eat. You really only get single items on the plate so order your meat, veges , rice or noodles individually and combine. The service was very slow and once the restaurant filled up with smokers, the smoke haze was a little annoying. The food tasted great and everyone in our group enjoyed their... More

The food is pretty good, especially if you are a budget traveler. Service is the typical island/Filipino pace. I quite enjoyed their shakes. Wifi is 5pesos to use, and seriously exceeds all other wifi on the island. It can get quite busy, so plan for this if you're in a hurry. They also open at 7am, so if you're an... More

Cheap eats and very tasty, has the cheapest Red Horse Beer on the Island :-) Order before you are hungry and bring a pack of cards with you. Like most restaurants here the food is made from scratch so can take a little time to arrive but is worth the wait.

The food here is really cheap and the atmosphere is very relaxed. I went a few times while I was staying on Malapascua, and always enjoyed myself. The food is not to die for, but I thought it was better than some places and also had good options for vegetarians...which was great. There's something for everyone! FYI food in the... More

Some of the food in their menu are good, some are not. It's a game of luck. But nevertheless, prices are very cheap so this is the place to go and eat if you are on a budget. I liked their "home-made" bread :)

We were lucky to be there at around 2pm for lunch. There was no queue, only few tables were taken. I expected really slow service but it was okay. Food was great and offered in enough portion. We had been paying more than 1300php for 3 dishes + 4drinks in Malapascua island in general, but in Ging Ging's we only... More

The food here is some of the best you will find in Malapascua (as there is also not an abundance of restaurants here) but go earlier if you can, as the restauranat becomes extremely busy and they seem not to have enough staff to cope with the high numbers. Many people are turned away or left waiting for a table... More

Good food and really cheap. Just the service is pretty slow, be patient. ;) I liked pancakes a lot and noodles were good too. Fast Wi-Fi is a plus.

The place to eat good food for reasonable prices when in Mapalascua. Close to the beach and close to most places, actually. It takes rather long to get your order, but you can order in advance and get there as your food is ready to be served.

Nice food and cheap. Highly recommended! Just be patient as orders come out of the kitchen at a slow pace.
