PROS: 1. I ordered Sizzling Gambas with Rice and it was the Bomb. Super spicy, yet super yummy! The serving portion could be improved, but still everything was good. 2. Location. The restaurant is located at Bounty Beach (beside blue corals resort), where you will be dropped off when coming from Maya Port going to Malapascua Island. Very accessible.

This restaurant is located right at the entrance of Bounty Beach when you're coming from Logon Beach! They have lovely beach side seating under a large tree where you can spend hours just relaxing and reading! This place has a very limited vegetarian menu, so I didn't eat here as often! Although, their mixed vegetable curry was perfectly spiced, creamy... More

I was GRANDPAcking in Malapascua for 11 nights and tried a few different places. There is one budget restaurant on Bounty Beach: the Mabuhay. It is cheaper than the others but not, necessarily, better value for money. You are paying to be on the beach. You get better value for money going to the restaurants in the back street parallel... The restaurant is at the end of the beach, close to massive building of Blue Coral resort. Has tables under the trees right on the beach, so you can relax at your meal. Any meal swe tried was tasty and prices were quite moderate. Very good option if yo do not need a super trendy restaurant.

The fried rice dishes were great and was the sea food good. Its in expensive and located perfectly. I ate here every day. Avoid the pizza. This was a mistake, i thought it would be nice to have with the really inexpensive beer they serve. I was not. I saw an Italian Restaurant on the other side of the island... More

Okay so looking at the previous reviews you would be thinking this isn't worth the savings. But I don't understand what people are talking about or expectations they have for a small island locally run restaurant. I loved this place. Fried rice, stir fry, omelettes, coffee, shakes, soups! It's a cheap menu, & I even asked for my food to... More

Edible food, slow service. We had fries, calamari, baby pork ribs, cabonara, pineapple and ham rice. Kinda budget if that's what you prefer Got a view on the beach with candles on the table.

We came here because it is conveniently located on the beach front near the Blue Corals Resort. The food is very average. The "fresh juice" was extremely diluted with water and ice. The signature "baby back ribs" is not what you think it is (perhaps Filipino style?). The service is very bad - staff are not attentive at all and... More

This is one of few restaurants not belong to resorts. In spite of that, dishes cost 200 - 400 PHP and menus we ordered are not impressive. You'd better go to other fancy restaurants with no difference at prices.

Service was very bad. She could not answer one single question. It seems she never did that job before. My fish came 20 minutes before my friend's one. I cannot say whether it was grilled barracuda because it was almost burnt. My friend's adobo was bad. Chicken was full of nerves and not properly cooked. A pity because the position... More
