Went not knowing what to expect and was surprised to see how great this place really is. The staff was nice. The food great. The sangria was delicious.

This is a great place to sample a wide variety of Puerto Rican dishes. You're on an island, so go for the fish and seafood. I ordered the Dorado with garlic. For a side, try one made with yuca or plantains - delicious. I suggest you share plates, and leave room for flan or some other dessert. The prices aren't... More

We were on a mission trip and had been eating some fantastic local home made food and a lot of peanut butter sandwiches. We needed a break and stopped in. It was really nice. I felt a little under dressed but they never said a word about it. The staff spoke English which was not necessary but was helpful. I... More

First visit in a couple of years. The dining room has been remodeled. The menu has several good dishes. All of them with reasonable prices. Three of us ordered Mahi Mahi cooked in different ways. All were fresh and delicious. All the side dishes were excellent. Generous portions. Very friendly service. One of them spoke very good English to my... More

The food here is good, but it is overpriced. I ordered a dish and wanted the side to be their specialty "arroz mamposteao". They charged me $4 extra for that. My wife and I were so excited that they offered a plantain soup, only to discover it was likely a green plantain, savory soup, similar to chicken stock, and someone's... More

Went here to celebrate my friends birthday. The place is really fancy inside. The tables, tablecloths and utilery but the food is nothing out of this world for the price.

Very cozy yet elegant. The mahi mahi was extremely fresh and mofongo de yuca incredible. Super affordable for the quality of food. Example $15 for the plate I had. Flan de almendra (almond) super creamy and not too sweet. I'm definitely coming back on my next trip!! Have recommended it to everyone!! Pic of the flan

A nicely decorated restaurant with Puerto Rican flavors and dishes, famous for its "mamposteao" rice; which is rice cooked with red beans and very lightly toasted in a skillet. From the outside you probably would not think to enter, but once inside, its simple modern decor will sooth you. Good portions, flavors, though service is a bit informal, but it... More
