I was fortunate to be taken here for lunch and as soon as we walked in the attentive staff were there!! Food was delicious and we even saw a whale while dining which was amazing! A lovely place for something special.

I have eaten in Avvia about 4 times now, both alone and with my partner. The Menu is excellent and the broad starters range means you can have multiple starters instead of a main and enjoy the diverse flavours on offer. Their focus on fresh, locally sourced organic food is a huge plus, their desert menu is simply delicious, and... More

When with a good friend. Loved my meal of twice cooked pork......although I could have eaten much more and my friend and I shared the beetroot salad-really nice. My friend had the octopus and said flavour was nice but a bit chewy. Friendly waitress and OK pricing. The back deck is surprisingly peaceful with a view of the water (not... More

Down the road from maddening crowds. Great food and well priced. Delicious desserts made on site. Great coffees too.

What a great place. Had the duck salad and it was superb. The only down side is the parking but could always park on the other side of the highway and walk back across the highway - there are lights so not hard. I will def be back.

What more is there to say! We had lunch there today and the Duck Salad is the best I've ever had, and I've had quite a few. Lovely relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, broad menu with imaginative meals, well paced service, and overall a welcoming feel to the whole place. Tucked away in a side street near the sea, it is... My friend and I went to Avvia so that she could experience what I had described to her as a good restaurant well worth a visit. The setting is quaint, with a deck area which comprises about 2/3 of the restaurant. It has nice wooden windows and you can hear the surf as the beach is only 50m away. Service... More

Great service, went here for lunch with mum and she got a beef burger with HEAPS of shoestring fries, i had the pork belly which was unbelievable. Melted in my mouth, despite the small serving (its just pork belly, but it is in the small meals section) i had a few of mums chips and dipped it in the pork... More

AVVIA is a relaxed yet stylish restaurant located in Palm Beach, Gold Coast. We offer Beautiful coffee & cafe meals for breakfast, al a carte for lunch and stepping it up at dinner. Our food is made with the best ingredients we can find in our area: cultivated plants grown from heirloom seeds; wild-harvested leaves, flowers, barks and roots; local fish, seaweeds and coastal grasses; pastured meat, poultry and eggs from small farmers. These are the flavours of this place. The process of finding ingredients and transforming them into cuisine are not separate events but one continuous action constantly informed by cultural expectations and new ideas. We brine, cure and smoke as cooks have been doing for thousands of years but we also embrace modern cooking techniques. Our dishes are animated by flavours and textures both familiar and strange. This Is What AVVIA Is About.
