Child bride and I visited Trattoria Amici on a cold night last week. We were a little sceptical as the restaurant is set on a terrace, mainly to be used for outdoor dining. We should not have doubted the RACV Royal Pines Resort, the terrace was well protected with impressine plastic screens to keep out the winter cold, and there... More

I ate here twice during this trip, both times there were no tables set, they had to clean one for us. The servers were either non existent or we had 3. The food was quickly delivered once ordered and was tasty. Decent wine list with a good number by the glass.

Food was average, nothing special, pizza was not as good as I thought it would be, the lady serving drinks didn't know the difference between bourbon/whisky and cognac. They need to teach their chefs to taste the food they are producing, its a fundamental error many chefs there days make, add some salt/pepper and more sauce!

The meals were absolutely wonderful. My husband and I dined here twice during our stay at the Resort and were very impressed. The restaurant has good wood-fired pizzas and an a la carte menu. Our meals were well presented and very tasty. Definitely recommend this place to any one visiting the area or staying at the Resort. The staff also... More

Reasonable Italian fare, pizza, pastas. Nothing too amazing. They were good with a troublesome child, but that was about the only highlight.

We were staying at the Royal Pines Resort for a week, and dined here 3 times - twice of which were with young children. The food is focussed on Italian offerings, and was fine without being remarkable. What stood out to us was the friendly and helpful staff, particularly helpful with ensuring the children had a god time as well... More

Visited as part of a birthday group which included children. The design is open kitchen with rustic décor. Service is very attentive and helpful. I can recommend the linguini trattoria, with chorizo, baby tomatoes, garlic and chillie drizzled with olive oil. A popular dish. The children in our party had pizzas as well as smaller portions of traditional favourites like... More

We've been here a few times for a regular work function, and this restaurant is always our choice for dinner at the end of a long day. The meals are generous and delicious, and the service is great. It was my birthday recently, and one of the waiters went out of his way to bring me a plate of dessert... More

The friends we were with ordered pizza that was very delicious. We ordered meals that were not so tasty and a little on the expensive side. If I return I will definitely order pizza. Better value for money and tastes good.
