I had the grilled octopus twice and it was very good and tender. I'm giving it 4 stars because the french fries are fronzen. My husband had the gyros and it was good but a bit fatty, and the lamb chops which were very good and tender.

Food was OK for the price that we paid. In fact we paid double for a gyros in another place and it wasn't as good as the one from Giannis. We came back to Giannis after eating in the other place.

We spent a week in Laganas . We stayed in the hotel next to the restaurant. Almost every night we ate at Gianni. The staff was the friendliest i ever met. The food was always fresh and tasty. We really enjoyed. Thanks.:))

After waiting for over 40 minutes for a grilled octopus, we got a frozen appetizer. Totally inedible. Meanwhile beer turned into hot tea. After another 30 minutes we got so-called "seafood spaghetti" and "fresh fried sardines". Pasta was actually made up of overcooked pasta (I am Italian so I have quite a good idea how to cook pasta), frozen muscles... More

the food was ok, not the best but not the worst i have had. But this was made up for the free entertainment, Greek music, dancing and getting the customer involved. Great night, great atmosphere.

This was the best place we ate in Laganas. In day time we stayed there on the sunbeds and in the evening we came to eat. Very good food, and one night we had Greek night for free, i mean we didn't pay for it....it just happened: live greek music, dances with fire, etc....it was the best night we ever... More

Four of us visited here for a late lunch. We spoke to a lady leaving the restaurant who couldn't recommend it highly enough. We all ordered different meals and all agreed how good the food was. I has the 'fish variety' which was had 7 different seafoods. Everything was well cooked and nicely presented. We were sat at the front... More

We were tired and searched for the nearest restaurant. Guy in frond offered us mixed sea plate with one liter of house wine, salad, and fruit salad for 35 euros. Salad with prawns was great, but plate with fish, grilled shrimps, calamari and octopus was not so good. we were disappointed because of that. And wine, oh it was very... More

I must say that I am surpires by the previous comments since we have just arrived from Laganas and had great time there including a few perfect meals in this restaurant. We were having several courses which were one better from the other. A must try is a fish plate for two which included the best quality fish and sea... More
