This is one of good restaurant in Podgora. We had very tasty fish and free salad. We can only reccommend this place with nice view on the sea☺

Nice view overlooking the beach.
Good service,free drink at arrival and a free desert. Very nice surprise!
Recommend the stuffed pljeskavica, the rice is very tasty.

The food was excellent - nice to look at and most important: a good taste! The waiter was very polite, had a good smile, gave us ideas about both food and wine and gave me a very good impression. We ended up ordering a bottle of Croatian wine - and we can just recommend others to do likewise. Affordable prices.

Called here twice and on both occasions the food, service and sunset views were something very special. Like one reviewer previously mentioned it is all rather ‘Art Deco’ in its look. However it offers the finest sunset view you will find anywhere in the world. The food does not disappoint either. All of thE dishes were served up fresh and tasting delicious (recommend the pork medallions!). The service on both occasions was prompt, efficient and friendly. We were fortunate to have been looked after by Marko Pilovic and he was a credit to Kappo. Myself and my wife Jo cannot wait to revisit Podgora and especially Marko at Kappo to sample some of the best dining experiences once again. Vala vam Kappo!!

Rude, slow and bad service, ignored preparation requests completely though reminded. Food bad too. Avoid, there are plenty of other restaurants with same view over the ocean so they learn to listen to their customers i.e. the one and only reason to their existence!

In this restaurant we were for a drink. We ordered Pina colada coctail. What they brought us had with the pina colada cocktail absolutely nothing to do!!! They brought us a big glass full of crushed ice and of uncertain taste. It was something terrible! You better avoid this business!

When enjoying his/her morning coffee here, one feels like transported in time, to 1930s when with this hotel begun the tourisim in Podgora. Nice quiet settings, awesome view, good Italian espresso. What more one needs to begin his day???

This spot is perfect for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner 👌
We recomend it for every part of day.
Prices are normal.
Location is also perfect, on the beach.

Great food with stunning beach-side location! With 1 vegetarian and 2 fussy kids, we were so happy with our meals we went back for a second time in 1 week! 😋

Food was served almost cold, with ambient temperature above 30°C, One dish was too spicy, ruined with abnormal amount of garlic.
At the end, we received fake receipt for payment, meaning no taxes ore payed by restaurant for our dinner, and for sure this is their standard practice, because foreign guests mostly are not familiar how receipt should look like in Croatian.

The restaurant in this hotel is called kappo and it is the worst restaurant I have ever been to.
We ordered hamburgers and two different kinds of risotto and could not eat. I don't recommend this restaurant

The personel was unpolite and the food was descent. Tuna was ok but not much taste, the mackerell was better tho but no extra.

We made reservation for 4 persons. They said it is needed to make it 6 hours before, and we made so. Still, when we arrived, there was no place for us. There was only manager of the restaurant which said that they have just one table left for man who is eating by them every night. Perhaps, we would do the same, but it was his mistake that we didn't.

We ordered a tuna salad, a pizza frutti di mare, and a pizza margharita. What we got after waiting for more then 40 minutes was a bland, watery, soggy tuna salad made with canned tuna and some potatoes, a pizza margharita that tasted like salt and olives with a layer of cheese half a centimetre thick (and tasted nothing close to good cheese), and a frutti di mare that tasted like the sea. If you held the pizza off the plate oil would actually flow, not drip, off the slice. You can get better pizza to go for way cheaper in the centre of Podgora. We first wanted to try the lunch menu but the misarable waiter said it wasn't available. A few minutes later however we overheare some Croatians order the menu without any problems. The restaurant gets 1 star because the water tasted good and they were creative by serving a bottle of cheap ketchup on the table. Worst we've experienced in Croatia. And that says a lot as we know the country pretty well.

Excellent service, especially the bald waiter 😍 food is very delicious loved the green noodles. Free salad, bread and one shot (schnaps) Sometimes you get a slice of watermelon too
