Called in here for a light lunch and were made very welcome. Beautiful old interior with a blazing fire and comfy chairs. Soup and mussels with garlic and cream were both excellent and generous portions. Good selection of local ales. Highly recommended.

Went here on a Friday evening; really nice pub/restaurant with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Food and wine, was delicious and very reasonably priced. Service was friendly, helpful and unobtrusive. Will definitely be returning. Thank-you!
