Decided to eat here after reading positive reviews . Service was very slow and I ordered the vegetable risotto which included cherry tomatoes. Upon ordering I clarified with the waiter that it didn't contain meat or fish as I am vegetarian I was asure it didn't. My dining companions starter arrived which was fried calamari and he said it was... More

My daughter liked the look of this restaurant when we passed it on the way to the Mylos (Mills) bar. It looked a bit trappy to me, all palm trees and lights and knick-knacks but we agreed to give it a go the next night. Although I'd read about it previously I didn't connect and only realised when the carafe... More

local ingredients - a great service - after dinner you can go to Milos for a nice relaxing drink stargazing - the welcome drink is raki and any plate they have on their menu is worth trying

Situated close to the highest point of the port offers not only beautiful views over the bay and settlement, but also a very welcome sea breeze! Very generous portions of delicious food, and the little carafe of raki (the local eau de vie) offered when you sit is a nice touch. Friendly service, cannot fault it!

Very nice looking place with very friendly staff. The food was served in time and it was great. Furthermore, they welcome you with a bottle of raki, and at the end they serve you rakomelo and dessert. Certainly a place to eat if you visit Koufonisia.

We passed by a couple of times and it was always full so we decided to give it a try. What a great decision that was. We went twice and despite it seeming very busy we were shown to our table within a couple of mins. The moment you sit down they treat you to a small bottle of nice... More

Starting from the decoration it is one of these places that they are just trying too hard. Food wise it is something that you quickly forget and you leave with that bitter taste that a night went wasted. Overcooked meat, tasteless roast, burned grilled cheese and badly fried French fries (for me a barometer for a restaurant, you must at... More

As their name means, they have a variety from different foods that ,however , are very well combined . We started with squids, octopus, eggplant ( the garlic was a little hit more than usual ), cheese salad and green salad with beetroot and traditional soft Cheese ( not highly recommended the specific salad ), croquettes with tomato and we... This tavern is located near the windmill and you can not fail to notice, because it is very greek style. You are greeted by very friendly staff who will suggest the daily specials and the dishes on the menu. Everything's prepared with care. For example, the moussaka is cooked when ordered, so you must wait twenty minutes, but it's a... More
