This restaurant was a nice surprise regarding everything. It is a wait-to-be-seated restaurant which is not very common in the Czech Republic. Interior is elegant, you can also sit outside. We really appreciated the professional staff that offered free coffee as a compensation for their small mistake. The restaurant offeres daily menu even on weekends. Gluten-free dishes available. The prices... More
We have been here with 2 families with kids. Nice interior, furniture. Service is OK but we had to wait still every time we needed waiter. Discounted menu was just ok but not more. On Sunday noon they had only 2 types of beer from dozen in menu. Both Veal and lamb were good. But tartar was a bad one... More
We were visiting Jihlava and the area for the weekend and we decided to have dinner in this restaurant following some advice and we were not disappointed. I was recently in Jihlava for the Experimental Documentary Festival (also great) and a bunch of us became regulars of this place. Soup, goulash with dumplings, roast chicken on a bed of chickpeas and spinach, roast lamb on potato puree... quite a selection and all cooked to perfection, tasty, with a respectable wine selection and even better beer. Very good... More
Nice relaxed restaurant with outside seating in the sun. We had soup and lentils to start. We also had beef eggs and potatoes in dill sauce. All very tasty. Good service and friendly staff. It overlooks the main square in jilhava. The beer is nice too. Not at all expensive.
