Our first night of our trip we decided to eat at Adauto's on the Beach because of the reviews on Trip Advisor. We had never been to Bucerias before and so finding the restaurant was an adventure in itself but this restaurant does live up to its reputation. The food and staff were wonderful and our table was right ON... More

Had an excellent dinner here on our first night in Nuevo Vallarta. A short trip into Bucerias and we were eating fresh Mexican seafood on the beach! Wait service was great. Feet in the sand eating freshly caught spicy shrimp. Kids love being able to mess around on the beach while we can relax and drink cerveza!!! Occasional vendors but... More

We came here after hearing it was on the beach and the food was good. We ate at a table on the beach which was nice. The palapas are low to the table and the vendors come up to the table while you are eating. So if you want uninterrupted dinner, sit inside.

This was suggested by the concierge at our resort, Villa Del Palmar, Flamingo's. After travelling and settling in... it was dinner time and we just wanted something GOOD, on the beach, at a nice place. This was perfect. "Getting there"... via the jagged cobble stone streets around an area you don't think you'd like to be in.... was a little... More

This is a friendly place frequented by locals, full of happy laughter right on the beach! Many ex-pats are frequent visitors and 5 of us dined together. The margaritas are awesome and a local favorite. Fresh fish, while baked fish was awesome! Since I love lobster, I ordered it grilled. The platter was huge and filled with lots of large... More

If you're looking for a great local owned restaurant off the beaten path, this is the place. Owner is there frequently. Other waiters including one of his brothers, Max are friendly and provide great service. We primarily eat seafood. Try Poblano Shrimp. It was so good I had to figure out how to make it at home. Tender pulpit and... More

We loved the beach dining but the fish was over cooked and the shrimp was also! My hubby ordered the Mahi-mahi (Dorado) and it was over cooked and dry. Being that we're from Hawaii we know good fish. The shrimp filled Chile Relleno was very good but shrimp were cooked too long and were chewy! Too bad b/c it came... More

Adulto's is far from downtown PV, actually in the next town of Bucerias, but worth the cab ride ($25) if you are up for the trip. Bucerias is growing and there are lots of cute shops near by. Adulto and his crew are THE BEST and instantly make you feel like family. My family has kn I w Adulto for... More

Just arrived and came straight here. They had spicy salsa. Great guacamole. We each had a different drink. No watered down drinks here. Superb margarita, chi-chi and tequila sunrise. And all the entrees were great. Coconut shrimp was spectacular. Shrimp stuffed poblano was very good. And so was baked white fish. We all loved our dishes. Great pick for the... More
