Location and contact

With log burning stoves keeping you warm in the winter and a large garden perfect for a sunny afternoon in July, The Duke of York has been transformed into a modern pub and restaurant perfect for all seasons. A variety of menus cater for all tastes in the restaurant while a varied drinks list drinks brings together local ales, the best in foreign lagers, spirits from near and far and a wine list second to none. The pub itself offers a large casual bar area decorated in a traditional fashion with a modern twist, a restaurant area with tables set for groups large and small and a large garden and terrace outside.

Had our team Christmas lunch here . Good food with generous portions. Friendly and efficient service. Nicely decked out and warm fires to shut out a cold wet lunch break . Will definitely be going back again soon

My wife and I called in Sunday evening for a glass of wine. Very friendly staff, spotlessly clean, lovely atmosphere. Lovely and warm with the real fire too.
